I love this shop. The people are awesome, the selection is great.
They have a subscription service, so you never miss an issue.
The hours are wonderful. I go there on Sunday morning as I'm running other errands, so that I don't have to stop during the week.
I am house sitting for a friend and am into comics so i looked up some comic shops near my friends house so i could check em out while i was house sitting and this shop came up. I did not like this shop at all. I walked in and the staff didn't say one word to me, didn't ask me if i needed help, nothing. They just sat there reading some book and ignoring everyone who came into the shop. The shop is small and kinda scummy, their selection was semi decent, but overall the experience was not a good one. I would suggest driving 8 min to One Stop Comics on Ridgeland in Oak park. Not that far away and the staff was way, way friendlier and the shop was overall much nicer.
A Great little Comic Shop Owned by Rich and his wife (sorry I forgot your name). I've been going there for years now! Why travel all over when we have a nice neighborhood Comic Shop for all your reading/collecting needs!
