This hotel surpassed my expectations. We booked it because we got a really good rate so we didn't expect much. The room was very pleasant - all the basics plus a very comfy bed and pillows. The room was very clean. The gentleman working at the front desk went out of his way to help us with any questions we had. I will definitely stay again!!
This hotel is okay. I like that it has wireless access in the room, a small fridge, and a small microwave. No real complaints about the room. The breakfast wasn't appealing to me... frozen hashbrowns and sausage you had to put in the microwave, bagels, danishes, and coffee. The hotel is situated in an industrial part of town so there aren't alot of food choices close by (I had to drive around a little just to find a place to eat). However, the next time I come to Watsonville, I think I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express. That hotel is right off Highway 1 and is near many shops, restaurants, markets, theater, etc.
