Polyester bedspreads always give me the heebeegeebees.  Otherwise, relatively new interiors, kind desk staff.  Bonuses: outdoor pool, "business center" (one computer w/ free internet and a printer), small fitness room, and continental breakfast with typical fare.  Nice, for a budget hotel.  Their website claims that it is near Fashion Square Mall, which is relative, as it is still at least a ten minute drive north of the mall.

Unlit sign at street front may cause you to turn into the neighboring retirement facility.
