I am sad to say that I will no longer be staying here from now on. The staff is very nice but the last time I was there, they put me in a 1st floor room close to the ice machine, elevator, hot water heater, and pool. The door was semi-broken at the bottom and you could hear every single peep. I checked in really late and was tired so I didn't notice the door and went to sleep.
The next morning, I was woken up by all the ruckus outside. I also took a closer look at the rugs and it was filthy. I went to talk to the front desk and they moved me to a more quieter and larger room. It was a nice gesture and the service is usually good but the rooms just need to be remodeled. Even the new room had dirty carpets.
It's just sad that there is no decent hotels in Moreno Valley.

We had to come out here for a function put on by my husband's work and they provided accomodations, but this was where they put us up at. 5-star it isn't, but at least the sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. There was a king sized bed plus a sofa pull out (it was a suite) and there were 2 tvs plus a refrigerator and microwave. Free wifi helped (when it worked which wasn't often).
Carpets and sofa just felt unclean however, the housekeeping service was quite impressive in that even though we stayed only 2 nights, they changed our sheets, cleaned the bathroom etc after our first night. 5-star establishments don't even do that anymore due to water conservation and so it completely surprised me that at a mediocre place like this, they actually went all out on the service portion.
If you have family and are on a budget this place will work. Otherwise, if you're like me and definitely prefer something a bit nicer.... go somewhere else. Hey it was free, so really, I can't complain too much.
