I have stayed at this set of Hotels (one being a Comfort Inn, and the other being a Comfort Inn and Suites - both share the parking lot, and some staff) twice, over the span of four years. For both experiences, I was extremely dissapointed.

While the hotels are both very nicely decorated, and do offer the best of modern conveniences, the staff is so rude that you will be having trouble seeing straight due to anger.

Granted, both of my trips through the Comfort Inn complex have been through bus group shopping trips, which does add stress to the situation, being that there are so many people, but when you are repeatedly given keys to already occupied rooms, only to walk in on the people who got there first - let's just say it shows a COMPLETE lack of organization.

I suppose coming alone might help the situation, but overall, there were still too many problems to even make that outcome look positive. If you are taking a shower at any time after 6:00, you better prepare to be freezing your butt off due to the lack of enough water heaters, and the "complimentary" breakfast is enough to make you want to fast.

The fact that in four years the hotel hasn't improved only adds to the lack of respect that I and anyone else should have for this chain. A pretty wrapping doesn't always mean there's a good present inside, and I can honestly say that I've stayed at better Motel 6's than this place.
