I'm staying here a couple days and so far it's been good.  They offer a good Triple-A rate of $82 a night for a studio-type room with a King Sized bed.  It looked like they had just done renovations, the carpet looked new and had that new smell to it.  Then they put in a gorgeous-looking kitchen with black granite counters and dark wood.  No utensils or dishes yet though, I gather soon it will be stocked.  
Front desk guy has been very nice, I believe his name is Mohammed.  Other perks include free airport shuttle and continental breakfast.   The exercise room looked like it had new equipment too.

Oh one more note...they offer free internet access but it's not wireess.  If you don't bring a cable with you then you can ask for one at the front desk.
