It's a bank, so it does what banks do -- money transactions. I started using Comerica in the Houston area, where it's easier to find locations to actually do your banking. I like having an easy bank Web site and good savings account, so no plans to leave Comerica just yet. No review of ATM services except to say there really aren't Comerica ATMs around, which is just as well, because I don't use them.
My main complaints about Comerica in Austin: This location basically requires that you pay for parking. That's like a surcharge on making a deposit! Also, it's tricky to find once you get in the building that has Comerica written on the side. I had to ask the guy at the front desk, then take an elevator to the 13th floor (see, now you know where to go).
