Customer Service is great. There is never a huge line to wait in when a bill needs to get paid for. They keep everything simple.
UPDATE: I have been living with the service for a couple of months and I now think it is better than I did when I was upset over their mistake with disconnecting me for a day. Further and more extensive testing shows the speeds I'm getting to be closer (though still well below) advertised speeds. So I've gone from 2 to 3 stars to be fair.

I pay top dollar for top internet speeds, and I get about 60-70 percent of advertised. What's more, a month into my service, my connection was summarily axed during a routine "audit," despite my being fully paid and well on time. What gives? I had to waste an hour of my life on the phone, half of that time being on hold, before I could arrange to set up an appointment to restore the service I pay for. Comcast, you're going to have to do better than that. I switched from ATT and am starting to regret it. Fortunately I can go back if this crap happens again. Be warned, people.
