Do you have some in-laws that you despise that are coming to visit this part of town? Well happily check them in to the: Com-On Inn!
This is 'the armpit' of Monterey Park. The butthole of MPK. Yes, that place where everybody takes a dump! This is the eye sore of this city. Family owned and shamelessly operated for over 15 years.
It was formerly the Comfort Inn, but the cheap Asian owners were too stingy to pay the franchise fee so they chopped down a couple of letters from the dimly lit sign and added another letter and "presto!" Enter the: Com On Inn. Brilliant. Sharp as a marble there...
It is right near my Parents house so i pass by this 'eye sore' every time i go and visit them. 50% of the time I pass by it will have law enforcement vehicle strobe lights, beaming from it's underground parking lot. Some people may mistake it for being some crazy disco club, with all those blue and red strobe lights flashing about.
Why do the cops like this place? Because it is a nice place to harass as few crackheads and hookers that can go and rent their '30 minute- 60 minute' rooms.
You think they change their sheets daily here?! Yea, right. I hate to be crass, but this place should be aptly named: The Cum-On Inn.
