ZERO STARS. The epitome of a dirty rotten landlord...shady! They chill under a huge weeping willow...shady!...they are kind of like those creeps from catch a predator...shady!...if they were rap superstars they would definitely be signed to Shady records.You get the point.
Maybe I will upload a video on youtube of a battle I had with a bleeding sewer rat in my apartment, no joke, I still have nightmares to this day. These F@#*$ tried to tell my roomate and I for months that the place wasn't infested, yet almost every morning we would have rats in our traps and the extermination company backed our complaint, yet they did nothing. Finally we we able to get the health department to our place to determine it wasn't habitable and by then we were so fed up we just moved out. I wish I sued those bastards for my rent money back! I have at least 3 priceless stories for this property at 305 1st St above the Pho Bac Restaurant.
    One time I walked up my stairs and saw a rat just chillin on my front balcony like he owned the joint. So I take a few steps toward him and he darts toward the edge on a superman mission off the balcony. This rat loudly smacks right in front of a group of people walking to the restaurant below. They looked up at me in shock trying to realize what just happend as the rat slowly crawled toward the dumpster. I just shrugged my shoulders and told them I wouldn't eat there if I were you. They turned around and got back in their car sure enough.
    Another day College Town showed up un announced(not cool) to show the apartment for prospective tenants. Well at that time we had one huge alive rat hiding behind the TV and one bleeding, screeching,  and struggling to get out of a trap. The dude comes in with the people and I politely show them the two rats and she asks me if they are pet rats that got loose? I just start laughing at the asshole who neglected us all year and told her about our battles with College Town Realty! The look on the College Town Realty guys face was priceless. A very shady organization ran by a family. My friends and I rented from them for a year and during that time.

-Our house lost its heating and didn't have it fixed for weeks
-An electrical fire broke out for no reason
-Bugs filled our house

I consider myself a very laidback tenant but I really found them to be very difficult to deal with. Buyer beware!
