I met a bunch of old friends here for drinks and had a really good time. The DJ was super cheesy, but hey he was trying to be entertaining. The place can fit a big crowd, it's extremely sports bar casual, and it isn't very crowded. Sometimes its just nice to go somewhere where you can get a cheap beer - some tasty bar food (it was good) and not deal with the crowds.
Meet your friends here for some beers and chilling out.

I've only been here for live trivia on several occasions. The crowd is generally young--with the proximity to the medical school.
I just LOVE their wings. The regular hot wings are of course good, but I'd highly recommend the Honey Garlic or Spicy Thai---YUMMY. They are some of the best in Denver. Although I've never been to the Piper (rumored best in Denver) so I can't judge against those.
Sorry for the brief review, but all I can judge are wings and beer and servers. So they get four stars based on that.

College Inn has the best hot wings in Denver, and it's pretty obvious that they know it. Why else would they charge 75 cents per wing?
That's right-- PER WING. Is that nuts or what? Granted, these are some big wings. When alive, these chickens were pretty much the Barry Bonds of the chicken coop. They kicked other chickens asses and took their lunch money. They won every bar-table wing-wrestling challenge they took on. They went by names like "Ah-nold Chikzenegger." They wore grey sweatsuits and wanted to "Pump (clap) YOU up."
Back in the day, these Bulging Poultry Biceps cost a lot less. Hence, they tasted better. And when a place is willing to nickel-and-dime you for every last bit of your dining experience (they actually CHARGE YOU for wing sauce on the side), it sort of makes everything a little less delicious. But I won't lie... the wings here are good. Damn good.
The scene leaves a lot to be desired. The tables are really crammed in, and the wait staff often seems like they're just trying to turn over the tables as fast as possible (especially on a football Sunday). There's a Bloody Mary bar on those Sundays... which is kind of fun. What's not fun: fighting your way through the aforementioned crammed-together tables and chairs to reach that Bloody Mary bar.
Three stars for really delicious, really big wings at really ridiculously high prices. I hope I'm not eating Chicken Steroids.

I've been here a couple of times after work on a Friday night and sat at the bar with a friend. Service is prompt however a little pushy. The barmaid/waitress always wants to be paid immediately. It's not like we are going to skip the tab as we are not sitting by the back door waiting to bail. Otherwise thumbs up to College Inn.
Good location although a little empty without UCHSC.
This is a loud sports bar with good wings. There are TVs everywhere. What else can I say?
I normally don't enjoy the whole sports bar atmosphere, but somehow this bar just seemed to make it work. Cheep drinks, friendly staff, poker tournaments (if you're into that) and Silver Strike Bowling. If I lived neared to this bar it would probably be a regular.
My local hangount. Great sports bar with a casual atmosphere. Friendly service, fun atmoshere.
