I met Denise Sinkevicius a couple years ago when I was shopping realtors to sell our home on the eastside.
I interviewed four realtors and fell in love with Denise. She's honest, smart, funny, very engaging and came well prepared - she had all the statistics for my neighborhood, comp sales, trends, etc. This was different than the rest, but not surprising when I found out she had worked at Microsoft for a spell. As I got to know Denise better I realized that I would want her on my side of the table during negotiations because of her deep understanding of her business and tough but reasonable approach to buying and selling a home.
She has a smart philosophy about how to price a home to get the most visibility and faithfully kept me in my price range for buying. We got a great price for our home in spite of selling in July 2008 and landed in a fabulous home in Seattle!
Babbs Weissman is simply the best! She is wonderful to work with, and I recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Seattle area.
