What a great concept! The menu is fun to read and the slogan makes you scared to enter - "Bad Food, Lousy Service."
I can say that is not true at all!! The food wasn't anything amazing, but the service was! I was taken care of by a very friendly staff. Watching other diners they too were enjoying themselves and the service.
I had a garlic pasta dish - nothing creative, but it was certainly good and I'm just disappointed that I didn't leave room for slice of homemade pie :( -

I feel bad writing a review for this place because I have a relationship with this restaurant--my mother-in-law works here on the weekends. What I can say is that if you stop by on a Sunday morning, Elizabeth will take care of you. She mans the register but helps with serving on occasion. Tell her I said hi!
