Cockroach Hall of Fame Museum the
1 review for Cockroach Hall of Fame Museum the
The Cockroach Hall Of Fame Museum lies in a pest control shop in a nondescript strip mall in Plano, Texas. There are no signs outside to alert you to what lies within; you just have to look for the pest control place.
When you walk in you'll probably be a little shocked. There are dead roaches displayed everywhere, and most of them are wearing costumes. There's a Rosie O'Donnell roach, a Lorena Bobbitt roach, and, of course, "LiberRoache". The shop owner gives you a nice little spiel about the history of his museum- his motivation, his process of collecting roach artwork from around the country- and while he's talking, people periodically come in to buy skunk traps and rat bait.
I took a star away because I am absolutely terrified of roaches and don't know quite how I made it through here without freaking out, but I still think this place is amazing.
