Cobblestone golf course is located on Lake Acworth and I love it!  I really give it 4 1/2 stars.  If they ever redo their greens it will become a 5 star course.

Depending on your ability, you can play from the white tee at 5,843 yards, the blues at 6,272 or from the tips at 6,759 yards!  Unless your handicap is under 5 or you are a super long hitter, stick to the whites or blues.

The course is quite a challenge as rarely will you have a perfectly level lie.   That is if you stay in the fairway. From the tee you better take note or your tee shot will roll off the fairway.  The greens are well protected so bring your short game.  The greens are varied in their shape - these are not your typical round greens.  

The condition of the course was terrific and the pace was good. The weekend rate of $69 is in line with the other courses on the north side but might be too much to play real often, but they do offer an annual discount card.  It looks real reasonable for Cobb County residents, not so much for us who don't.

Great layout.  Grab your sticks and play Cobblestone.
