Camping New England
Here's where I like to camp and let loose all over…
Coastal Acres Camping Court

We stayed one night, 4th of July. The place was surprisingly (and thankfully) quiet, both at night and in the morning, despite being sold out.
The owners do seem to have that classic New England not-very-friendly attitude, but I'm the same way. I found the place charming and close to town. The tent site we had was very pretty and shady, although its proximity to the pond made it a haven for mosquitoes. Bring the bug off.
Years ago, I camped in Ptown. Yes. Camped. In a tent. I guess when your young it was not so bad. It was cheap, damn cheap.
So. Ya wanna come back to my.....tent.
Coastal Acres is run pretty well. It is clean, close to town. The lots are decent sized. Be sure to get a site w/ some shade. As when the sun comes up at 7:00am your tent or camper can turn into a broiler within seconds.
The family that owns the CA is not friendly. I ran into times that they were pretty rude and unaccommodating. I refused to let them spoil my fun.
