Review from Tony M.

With a name like Tia's I figured it was Italian.
Well I went in for a slice or 2, but they didn't have any. (I run into this all the time. If I had a pizza place I would always have slices ready to go). So I ordered a small cheese pizza & waited for it. It was a conveyer belt oven, & it came out pretty quick. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. It was typical Greek pizza. It's oily 'cause they use cheddar cheese instead of more expensive mozzarella cheese (I prefer Italian pizza for that reason). The pizza dough crust wasn't the best tasting either.
Service, however, was friendly & polite and the place seemed pretty clean. -

So bad they had to change their name to TIa's Place!!!
Well I guess I got ripped off on that one! Unfortunately one can not offer negative stars. The good thing is it was only $12.00. Sadly, I am not reviewing on the quality of the food, but the lack of any food at all! No food ever arrived. Perhaps, this is why the delivery is free, no delivery service is actually provided. No phone call or anything!
Tomorrow I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.
OH wait the food just showed up 1.25 hours later. I won't be disputing but I also won't be wasting my time in the future. -

A generic pizza shop with an attitude - and not in a good way.
The food is mediocre at best, but the delivery service is one of the worst I've ever had, even though I live 5 minutes away. 90 minutes after placing an order, I call the shop only to have them rudely tell me that the delivery person knocked on my door but nobody answered: while I've been sitting in the living room the entire time. I call him out on his lies and he hangs up on me.
Stick to Dominos: they're faster. Even if the food from Coach's is great, it doesn't mean anything because you'll never get it. -

The pizza was ok but it arrived well after an hour, no call or mention of delivery being slow. Very unhappy with how they dealt with me when I called. Bottom line, a quick call could have gone a long way. Either that a warning that they are running behind on orders.

The deep dish buffalo pizza is quite delicious, but they constantly take over 90 minutes to deliver anything, and this has happened on 4 separate occasions. I've given up on delivery for this place.
This would easily have been 4 stars if they didn't take so long getting the food to you. -

Coach's Pizza is your generic pizza shop... not that there's anything wrong with that. They've been in that location for years, thanks to a decent reputation for decent pizza, sandwiches, and onion rings. The shop is clean, plenty of seating with a TV always tuned to sports. You know the place. Delivery is fast enough -- my orders have always come hot and crisp. They know their customers - just a few visits and they call out my usual order as I enter the shop. Good 'nuff...

Ordered from there once. Pizza sucked. French fries were soggy as anything. Everyone in the Riverside part of Medford raves about them. What a bunch of sad people, when Ronnies is right up the street. They're terrible. Awful. Don't ever eat here.

Freshest salads around and good pizza. It is always clean. That having been said I WON'T order from them because they have poor customer service, period. If you call to let them know they screwed up your order; they blame you, and offer to take care of it "next time". What good does that do if I have an food allergy to item you delivered NOW? HELLO deliver the right order the first time dude. Or make a new CORRECT order and deliver pronto!
