I was ready to buy the $400 black big tote bag on sale for $200, but when my husb came in the store to check up on me, he told me to just get what I really want, he doesn't care about the price, he just cares about what makes me happy, and besides I was there to get my birthday gift, so I went back and grabbed the purse that I really really want, the limited edition green large peyton bag reg $798 on sale for $275. I also added 3 wristlets reg $48 on sale for $23 each for me and my daughter, and a make-up bag reg $68 on sale for $29 for my mom.
Tessie is very helpful and patient, I can't remember how many times I asked for a price check. Clean, organized and well lit store. The bags are in perfect condition, no wonder a lot of people want to shop here. I will definitely drop by here before Christmas to pick-up my gift.
Was disappointed at the size and selection of the store. It's a pretty small store, HOWEVER, they do have a larger size of shoes/apparel than I've seen at other Coach outlets. The staff is also very friendly.
I bought my first Coach purse here. The sales staff was very helpful in helping me find a bag within my budget and style. I ended up with a killer deal and became one of the many to own a Coach.
This is a great Coach store. The people working are always nice (maybe because my wife is Asian) to us as we enter. I've always had the help I've needed.
This store gets very busy-- very early. The line outside is part of the outlet mall experience. Then when you get inside, prepare to be bumped and waiting in line to check out. I've never seen less than 3 people ringing people up.
My wife and I have a thing now where we will enter the store, I'll look around and then stand in line and her shopping ends when I'm the next to get rung up.
I got a beautiful planner at this store for $50 that retails for $218!!!
This is the place to shop if you want to buy a new coach at a great price. I've bought several pieces here and all at an amazing discount. The lines can be a bit of a problem if it a huge sale but the sales associates are always helpful and pleasant. Great deals!!!
Nice place to go if you don't want to spend $500.00 for a bag at Macy*s. I wandered down there while I was out of work for a week or so, I picked up a wallet and change purse for just under $120.00. I just went back and got a $320.00 bag for $140..
BUT those sales ladies are snooty. Just because you sell hundred dollar bags doesn't mean you need to be stuck up little ladies. AND just because you decided to say hello to me doesn't mean you sold anything to me..I guess they work on commission!!
Still worth driving 45 min for though.
The staff at this place rocked! Big props to the lady who recommened Verona Trattoria! The store was exceptionally clean and very well lit. How good was the staff: I still have yet to spend that much in any small goods store at one time.
Outstanding experience. I was originally going to just plop $400 and call it a day in trying to surprise my wife. A coworker put me on to this place and I just decided to take the wife along and have her pick one out to make it easier on me. Bags were 40-50% off all over the store. Staff actually greeted us as we walked in and was super helpful. Robert is the man. He greeted us and actually made his way back to check on us. We ended up walking out with 2 bags. The trip was totally worthwhile, I expected snobs but was pleasantly surprised.
pretty cool place, though a lot of what they have don't seem to be available in the regular stores.. i think they make products JUST for the outlets.
anyway, the prices are reasonable but DO NOT come here during the holidays unless you have a lot of time in your hands. they have a line waiting outside and they let people in as people go out. horrific.
It was finally time for me to retire those $5 New York alley purses. And as much of a conversation starter my Zabar's bag is, it's just not very professional in a business situation. So I thought Coach would be the place to get a sensible, not too logo-ized, and pretty handbag. And lo, there is a Coach outlet at the Camarillo Outlet Mall.
Now, while all the other shops in the center were still in the morning doldrums, the Coach store was heaving, absolutely heaving with people. They had set up barriers for the queue, like three switchbacks deep. I was just shocked at the amount of people in there, all lunging for bags.
I was also slightly disappointed to see that more than half the bags were logo heavy and tacky-trendy. But if that's what these ladies were going gah-gah over it, all the power to them.
I found just two little handbags that suit my needs. Sensible and nice, with not a single overt label. Each were supposed to retail for $200-$300. They sold both of them to me for about $120 total.
The people working there were very nice, very helpful, put some leather conditioner on my bags before wrapping them up. And the wrap job is pretty impressive. The counter chicks make sure they come around the counter to hand you your bag. Really detailed service...and for an outlet store, too.
But, sorry, a point off for the place being raging pit of frenzied shark feeding on the Coach purses. The woman in front of me, I swear she bought over 20 handbags, maybe more. She yelled at her impatient young boy, "You stop that, RIGHT NOW. I'm doing what I have to do. Stop texting me!"
Calm down, ladies, it's just a bag to carry your car keys around.
I will NEVER shop at this coach outlet. All the other outlets I have been to, the staff was friendly and nice, but the manager at this one was plain rude. It was memorial weekend so I guess they had a big sale and it was really crowded. The store isn't big so eventually there were 2 lines that were merging. My boyfriend and I were in line for at least 15 minutes already when the manager comes over and asked us to move to the back of the line. We had stood behind the same lady for the last 15 minutes and everyone in the other line got in line after we did. And we tried to tell the manager what happened but she was just unreasonable. By this time, the line was so long it would probably take us another 30 minutes (if not more) to pay for our item. So i decided it wasn't worth it and left. I guess if you were going on a regular day and it wasn't that crowded and you found something for a good price, it's okay. But I wouldn't tolerate rude behavior from the store manager who had no respect for their customers.
The staff at this store is super helpful. They helped me pick out a wonderful computer bag that doesn't look like a computer bag. They were super patient as I actually put my computer in several different bags and walked around the store with them to see how it felt. While one clerk helped me with the bags, another one got to work on my "classic black everyday coach bag". I don't know what she did to my bag, but it looked amazing after she gave it some TLC! I bought the leather conditioner, and I've tried it at home.....I think they teach them some sort of special technique, because it looks *better* after I work on the bag. BUT, when the Coach clerks do it, the bag looks YEARS younger!
Totally agree with other review. I just went with a friend and picked up a gorgeous bag for $150!! I think it originally sold for $350. The staff was very helpful, and went above and beyond looking for a bag I liked. Worth the trip.
