This is my very first time going to a spa esp. getting a Brazilian wax done. Anyways, my first thoughts were nervous and skeptical. Well, when I first walked in, I was warmly greeted. Lori, that was her name. She was very sweet and nice. She talked me through the process, answered any questions I had, and she made me feel very comfortable. Used many techniques to help me from feeling any pain! Overall, my first experience at Clin-Spa was absolutely no doubt great! I'd recommend this place to all my friends. Believe me the service was superb and awesome. Lori is an awesome person, too.

My sis in law recommended this place to me as my face was looking like a warzone. I was skeptical at first but saw a huge improvement in her skin and she had only gone twice. So I thought I'd give it a shot. Made the appt and went in. The place is in the Kentlands in the back part of the main shopping area. I go in and meet with the owner Lori. It seemed as if she was running the biz by herself. She sat me down and had me fill out a few forms regarding my horrendous skin. She then came and spoke with me more in detail and told me what she recommended. I said do anything you want just get stop the madness!

We go into a private room. Very sanitary and smells of flowers. As soothing music plays in the back, I know this is a sure guarantee that I'll start snoozing. I lay down and begin the process. (I ended up getting more than I thought I would as I asked her to wax my mini mustache and tame my brows =). Few seconds later...ZZZZZZZZZZZ...woke up to see that a few hours passed! (I hope my mouth wasnt wide open drooling and snoring away in her face!) hehe =) We are finally done and she hands me a mirror...my skin looks like someone elses! It felt like a baby's butt! So shiny too! That's where she got me. So she then goes on to show me some products. Of course I musta had SUCKER tattooed on my forehead cuz I am a sucker for that stuff. I end up buying what seems like her whole store and walk out thinking this really takes time and commitment! Not to mention $$$!  I was there for almost 4 hours!!! But left very satisfied.

In any case, she definitly knows what she is doing and she know's her skin!!! Give her a try!

I have sensitive and severely sun damaged skin due to many years of working outdoors in extreme environments. I have seen dermatologists on many occasions and followed their numerous treatment programs, including prescription-strength alpha-hydroxy lotions and other prescription compounds designed specifically for my skin problems. At the doctor's insistence, I have used a daily moisturizer/sunscreen and what I believed to be high quality products from upscale retailers, religiously, for many years in an attempt to hydrate my skin and protect it from future damage. In many cases these products only made my skin more sun-sensitive while providing little noticeable improvement.  

I do NOT consider myself a metrosexual by any stretch of the imagination. Prior to visiting Clin-Spa, I had never even set foot inside a spa. I was hesitant but, at the suggestion of a friend, I made an appointment for a facial and peel. Upon entering the spa, I found the environment clean, quiet and peaceful. I was unsure of what to expect but Lori answered my questions and explained the process to me in detail. She suggested the oxygen-vitamin treatment to soothe the skin after the peel and I wholeheartedly agree with her. The treatment was painless and actually, quite relaxing. She also discussed my current skin care regimen with me and recommended a few new products, some designed specifically for men. Lori also suggested that I try waxing for my brow and neck. I followed her advice and am pleasantly surprised with the results. My brow hairs hardly grew back and my neck hairs grew back much thinner. After my initial visit, I received compliments on my appearance from several of my female friends. I also noticed that shaving had become less irritating. I would highly recommend Clin-Spa to anyone, male or female!
