I'm giving this place a 5-star rating based upon my customer service experience so far, and not the actual product. I've only had the clear bumper on my car for about a week so I don't know how well it actually works. But when I went in to Botta's to talk to Mark last week and get a price quote he gave me what I thought was a pretty decent and fair price to have the stuff applied to my front and rear bumpers. When I took my car in several days later to actually have the work done Mark asked me what his quote was and then told me he could probably do it for even CHEAPER than he quoted. And sure enough, when I went back later that day he charged me $25 less than his quote.
So I'm hoping the product works as advertised, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I'm sure that layer of protection on the bumps is better than nothing. It's like a condom for your bumper!!! Protects your bumps from scary hideous scratches and unwanted bumps and gouges! I'm actually confident enough that I can drop some ol' skool Grace Jones on the stereo and blast it..."Pull up to my bumper baby!!! And drive it in between!!!" -

Wow, what a cool product! After living in downtown San Francisco for the past few years my bumper had started to get beat up by all of the other folks in this city that don't know how to park. Then I found Mark and ClearBumper and he took care of my bumper woes.
Unlike all of the other bumper guards out there, ClearBumper is made out of much stronger material and costs less. Not only that, but Mark is great to work with. He gave me the choice of paying him to install it, or of watching his easy "Install Yourself" video on his website so I could do it in my own garage.
It is simple to install and works great. When demonstrating the product, it was so strong that I couldn't puncture it no matter how hard I tried. I wish that I would have purchased Clear Bumper when I first bought my car. It would have saved me a ton of headaches and dollars.
Mark has created the best bumper guard on the market and provides it at a great price. He even offered to repaint my bumper at a much discounted rate before installing the Clear Bumper product. Awesome! -

When I was told by Honda that this product would cost over $750.00 I thought, "well, I guess that's what the going rate is" Wow, was I wrong! Thank goodness I was told about Mark over at ClearBumper. I can't tell you how sweet and knowledgeable this guy is- you actually feel that you've made a new friend! And if you want to see how much you'll save from the Honda quote, well, you'll just have to call Mark. Be prepared to take yourself out for an expensive dinner with all the extra dough you'll have left over. Sadly, I used my extra money to replace a side view mirror I ripped off my new car ,BUT Mark put that back on for me and the car looks cool again.

Best thing EVER! Get it before you ding up your car even more. Have Mark at Botta's Auto Body do it for you, he created the product and knows how best to put it on.

I tried to get the bumper in person, but was told to order from the internet. The order took forever to get. Nothing was pre-cut. I should of done more research on the materiel to get a get a better deal. The ,"make it yourself kit" is for the bumper only. I didn't bother making any cuts. I did like how I could barely see the 3m film on my black car's bumper.
