One star for each of the two stylists I've seen here.

Stylist #1
Went to her for all over color with smidgens of highlights.
She and I looked at hair color swatches and decided upon one
that would best suit my skin coloring.

All seemed to be going swell...until she began blow drying my locks.
I noticed the color was extremely darker than we what we'd decided upon.
Yes, I spoke up and said the color was far darker than I wanted.
Oh my goodness...she told me she changed her mind when mixing
the hair coloring, because she thought darker would better!
What?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hell-ooooooooooooooo...maybe I should have been consulted about
her change of mind!
Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Stylist #2
This visit was for a cut; something new and sassy for my locks.
I toted a photo of my desired lock-look, which was quite a bit shorter.
Right off the bat, I asked her if she could for sure give me that style.
She promised she could and she seemed ultra-confident about that.

She was not cutting much length off and I questioned her about that.
As mentioned, the desired style was shorter... by many inches.
She assured me she was on her path to that sassy cut.

Simply put...this frigging cut ended up being NOTHING more than
a trim.

Beware- their prices are NOT consistent.
An acquaintance got a cut & blow dry by stylist #2 one week prior
to my visit.
Hmmm...why was I charged $15 more for the same services?
Actually, less service; I only got a trim, not hair CUT!
Sheeeeeeesh!

During these visits, I noticed most of the stylists are pretty young;
maybe not "seasoned"/experienced enough in actually listening
to the customer's wishes.

I have been getting my hair done in this Salon for over a year now.  Wendy, the owner, keeps the salon clean and in order.  I recently switched color specialists and am now using Jessica, who does a great job with my partial highlights.  Jessica has recently become a color specialist, and I look forward to working with her as she becomes an expert.  

Also, it is always easy to schedule with this salon, and they have often accommidated me when I cannot make an appointment and have to reschedule.
