I walked into Clarabella on my way home from work yesterday and as I caressed the lovely bags, shoes, and jewelry, the owner told me that all of the spring merchandise was going to be on sale Friday. She is having a sample sale on Friday and Saturday where everything in the store is going to be significantly discounted, at or around wholesale prices, but she said that it's so close to the sale, it didn't seem fair not to offer the prices to everyone who comes in now. SO if you want to get a head start before everyone finds out about the sale, head over to Clarabella now.
I removed the Deere Colhoun cream Sierra satchel from her inventory yesterday at over 70% off retail ($720 to $200), so I am pretty darn happy. It should also be noted that when I asked about the bag, Erin took it down for me, told me a little about it, and then left me in peace to ogle the bag and try it on and stare at myself with the bag in the mirror for a good 15 minutes. Or more. I don't remember. But the point is that she didn't harass me or try to push me, and I really appreciated that. I hate going into stores where they make me feel uncomfortable trying something on so that instead of having time to really decide, I get nervous and leave.
The jewelry is really gorgeous; I wish I could afford to buy more! Erin has curated a small but lovely collection, perfect for the bohemian fashionista with a penchant for vintage-inspired accessories. Sadly, no hair doodads yet.Listed in: LES Love

I almost passed right by this shop, but luckily stopped dead in my tracks and squinted at the faded sign on the door long enough to realize this was what I was looking for. I was helping a friend look for a graduation present for her sister, and I wanted to find a special piece of jewelry for her. Clarabella turned out to be the perfect fit!
There are cute but simple bags and neat pieces of jewelry inside the small store. The quality is great, as the leather bags feel comfortable and the jewelry has a nice solid weight to it. My friend ended up buying a very unique pair of hoop earrings that were conveniently 15% off. The friendly saleswoman even told us the story behind the earrings, which were handmade by her friend. Clarabella is definitely worth a look if you're around the area. -

this shop has adorable stuff! i went with my parents when they were in town because we were looking for a gift for my 13-year-old cousin. of course i don't want to give the impression that this store is only for teens....not at all. they have awesome jewelry, bags and shoes and i wanted all of it! there's a big price range so you can get things for under $30 or for a lot more. there's also cute art on the wall for sale. we literally had to drag my mom out after we made our purchase b/c she kept wanting to look at everything. also, the person working there was really friendly and helpful.
