City Dragon has the best Orange Chicken ever.........and two major pluses to the already perfect Orange Chicken is . 1. you can order it  all white meat....how great is that!  (it is a $1.00 extra...but worth every cent)  and 2. you can order it Spicy or extra Spicy.......!  Secondly, they have the best Chow Mein!  My favorite is the Vegetable Chow Mein....the noodles are thick and hearty....vegetables are fresh and they lay on just the right amount of sauce.

It is family Owned and operated, you are always greeted with a smile.....there are patio tables  outside...nothings fancy, just a friendly casual environment.

We tried the orange chicken as suggested, and it was indeed very good.  The food itself was maybe only four stars (the orange chicken and egg roll were great, but the rice was only okay), the extra star is for the price.  Basically the food portions and quality are better than the fast food Chinese places and cheaper too.  We came for lunch and all that food was just $11 for both of us.

The restaurant was a little on the run-down side, but the food makes up for it.

Maybe my expectations were just too high from reading the other stellar reviews of this place.  I was so excited to try the "best orange chicken in town", mainly because it's my favorite Chinese food dish.

We weren't greeted with a smile, instead it was more like an annoyed snarl.  I actually looked back at the door to see if we were coming in at closing or something.  So for service, I give them 1 star

Prices are fair.  I'm not going to say great, because for two people at this little dive it cost $20.00 for simple combination dishes.
Value:  3

Like I said, maybe my expectations were a bit high, but if that's the best orange chicken in town, then I'm moving!  I even started questioning if it was orange chicken at all.  It's that really crispy, overly fried type of chicken where you pretty much get hard fried crisps drenched in syrup.    My boyfriend got the sweet and sour pork, and again, I was disappointed.  They also serve everything in styrofoam, even when you're dining in.  I just find that so wasteful.  Taste: 2

Lastly, you know how those little extras are important?  Well my boyfriend wanted a little extra side of rice to finish his meal.  He asked for the rice, and the man charged him a dollar.  He never seems to have cash, so the guy charged his debit card for this itty bitty side of rice.  I would have given three stars, but that just put me over the edge.

In conclusion, if you're looking for the "best orange chicken in town", keep driving!

The best egg rolls and orange chicken in town! Its a family oriented restaurant so i guess they have their own recipes, and they do phone in orders which is great if im in a hurry. It gets busy during lunch rush hours so their number comes in handy to order and pick up, But don't let that discourage you--the line moves rather quickly. They dont make your food until you order it so its fresh & steaming hot off the wok. They also have awesome lunch and dinner specials that come with egg roll and fried rice as well as fried shrimp and soup. Their prices are a lot better than pick up stix and panda express regarding the amount of food you get for your money. A few great items i've tried are the dumplings, cream cheese wontons, teriyaki bowls, their orange chicken [i thikn its uncomparable!] and I also love their mooshi wraps when i feel like eating something with less carbs. yummmmy!!
