At the end of September, I bought a mattress from CitiSleep and waited to review to see if I'd really be satisfied with my purchase more than a month later. Turns out, Abdul definitely knew the kind of mattress I needed.
I went in based on Yelp reviews, and I have to say that Abdul really treats us Yelpers well. It was late in the day, so I was the only customer and probably had much more attention than usual. He pointed out a few mattresses for me to try based on my own pros/cons, suggested memory foam to avoid the bedbug problem (though I was hesitant about getting one beforehand), and made negotiating the price on my entire set rather enjoyable. My purchases are always well thought out, and he was incredibly patient with me. I was able to bargain with him about prices and the delivery charge, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into buying. He even offered to extend our negotiated price until the next day because he was sure that I wouldn't find the same great prices at another place.
My mattress, foundation, and bed frame were delivered on time a week later, and the delivery guys made sure to call before they arrived. They put everything together like pros and were out of my apartment within 15 minutes.
I'm very happy that I bought from CitiSleep now. Abdul made me comfortable that buying from him would not only be worth my money but would mean I wouldn't have to return anything because I was unhappy. Would definitely recommend to others. -

Called the phone number (877) 2484753 many times and each time the operator says the number is not valid as a listed number. I guess they are out of business.

I found Citisleep on Yelp which I heavily rely on and am a regular reviewer, and am I glad I did. My daughter moved recently from L.A. to NYC for graduate school and i called Abdul at Citisleep who was extremely kind and helpful explaining all the options available. He worked out an evening delivery to ensure that a bed would be in place for my daughter upon arrival and guaranteed her satsfaction or he would send her a different bed. My daughter found the first too firm so she spoke with Abdul who promptly had another delivered which she ls happy with. I can't express how great it was to have him take care of this with me in LA and unable to get to the store. My daughter lives in a 5 floor walk up and that was no problem. My word as a father and professional in the legal field is go directly to Citisleep and talk to Abdul, hes a gem.

Abdul was really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all -- and he gave us a great deal. We spent a lot less than we'd expected to, and he threw in the pillow my husband adored for free.

I had an awesome experience at this mattress pavilion which specializes in everything from the poor man's special, your basic mattress, to the rich man's retreat, to a custom Lamborghini embroidered bed (I am not kidding you folks). I had a no hassle, no pressure conversation on the phone and immediately told them, 'Hey..I am a poor man's special type of guy", expecting to hear, "hey buddy you need to step up your dream life", but it never happened. All I heard was "sure, we can do that, when do you need it by...". The price was fantastic and would you believe I got a Yelp discount of 15% and two free pillows...SAY WHAT?....I know you are surprised baby but it's for real (sorry my girlfriend was next to me and interjected with a, "SAY WHAT?", when I wrote about the 15% off and 2 free pillows). The two men working there were so cool. They helped me put the bed I purchased in my van and made me feel really safe about parking on the Boulevard of Death AKA Queens Boulevard. All jokes aside I have to say that I have never had a better bed buying experience than CITISLEEP. Both reps were professional and down to earth and never tried to be aggressive, they were absolutely helpful and for this I will recommend that my own family goes there. In retrospect I should have opted for the delivery charge because I will tell you that bringing up a mattress four flights of stairs sucks! For 19 bucks I could have stayed home and watched Reading Rainbow while cooking up some tomato soup. I must have taken my stupid pills not to get my bed delivered, word. So five stars to CITISLEEP, don't deal with those other bedding creeps, go to CITISLEEP. The End. Tell Abdul that Robert the House Boat Officianado says hi.

I just moved to New York and decided I need to get some sort of furniture. I actually ventured here because of Yelp. There are few other furniture stores that have reviews and the ones in the city are reviews for those posh HIGHLY EXPENSIVE stores. This is where you go if you want nice, good quality furniture for a great price. When I arrived on the main street I was bombarded with all these other furniture stores but was adamant on seeing CitiSleep through. I cannot be more satisfied I did that. I found exactly what I wanted and for a great price (better than this other highly known franchise that starts with Wal and ends with Mart or that other known German super furniture store that really does have overpriced, low-quality sofas when you think about it). The owners here were gracious and helped me through my furniture searching process and after I decided to buy my furniture (3 weeks after we first met) they remembered me and gave me a great deal. Free shipping and set up (which is useful since I live on a 4th floor walk-up!). The owners were very attentive and kept in contact with me concerning delivery. I just started buying things for my new place and will definitely return here when I need more furniture.

I just bought a new mattress, boxspring, and bed frame from Citisleep, and have been very happy with my purchase. The salespeople are very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered my mattress on Saturday, and it arrived by Tuesday, not bad turn-around time. The firmness is just right, and I'm totally satisfied!
