5 reviews for Citgo Sign
In any other city this would be tacky. It works in Boston. If you happen to be in Cambridge an unaware of your location you can look across the Charles and it calls out to you like the Batman Signal.
It looks great from Fenway...........and I remember about a decade ago they were talking about taking it down. Glad that never came about.
Lame.
You can review a SIGN in yelp!? How about we start reviewing billboards too? Or that crooked walkway I always trip on?
Sure, this sign is a piece of history.
This sign is good. It exists. Whooppee.
Right on. The Citgo sign gets 5 stars for making my life so much easier since I'm bad with directions.
Can you drive me back to school?
Do you know how to get there?
See the Citgo sign? Head towards that.
And I only wish we could tally the number of intoxicated college students the Citgo sign has guided home after a night of misadventure.
Hats off, Citgo sign, hats off.

I LOVE you Citgo Sign. You big gleaming red triangle of joy beaming down on Kenmore & Comm Ave and overseeing our Green Monster.
Citgo Sign - your lovely strips of flashing red and white light up my cycle home across the Harvard Bridge and see me through my lonely jogs on Memorial Drive. You've survived over 30 Boston winters, a tightwad governor and dumb Republicans who hate your Venezuelan connections. May your 3600 sq ft of blinding LEDs live on forever!

The Citgo Sign, along with the Pru, is one of the two ways you can navigate in Boston whilst driving. It is truly the North Star of trying to drive in this clusterfuck of a city!
