Cita Education

We chose Cita for the summer SAT course because class sizes are smaller than most other study centers and Mr. Chee values the importance of developing an inquisitive mind and how to learn/study/solve problems rather than pushing drills and rote memorization. He fosters a relaxed environment, thanks to his mindfulness approach, is very encouraging, and genuinely wants his students to succeed. But he is also realistic. It's nice that he takes the time to meet with students and parents individually re: goals, making sure everyone is on the same page, reminding students and parents that one will be able to get out of the program only as much as one is willing to put into it.

During class, there is some time for the kids to get to know each other and this was invaluable too. There seemed to be a healthy, encouraging and supportive vibe. Students openly shared their scores with each other and used these to set benchmarks for themselves. I think the socialization and bonding made the class that much more enjoyable - considering they were giving up their summer to study.

Weekly diagnostic tests were administered and they were reviewed during the week, along with structured teachings (books included in tuition) by Mr. Chee and other instructors. Feedback was given on every essay.

All in all, we couldn't have been happier with our experience here. My son's score improved over 300 points and we are ecstatic with his final score! Thank you, Mr. Chee!!

I called several tutoring companies to line up SAT tutoring for my daughter and they never even called me back; but Chee answered the phone right away, he scheduled her tutoring sessions around her busy schedule and really helped improve her test score in the one area she was struggling: math. Thank you Chee!

I'm very disappointed from my child SAT result. Don't think it was worth putting her in Cita and waisted my money. I would not recommend Cita for SAT prep to any of my friend and relatives. Very upset waiting my time and money!!

My daughter had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Chee at Cita Education Tutoring Center. He helped her with Pre Calc as well as review and prepare her for the SAT Math II test. Not only did he accommodate her schedule but also did a great job mentoring her. He encouraged her and built her confidence level so that she can excel in the test. Mr. Chee's program is comprehensive, structured and designed to help students achieve success. He gives them assignments and practice test each week then mistakes are discussed and corrected in class. This method helps the students realize their errors and makes them more conscious about their usual areas of weakness thus improving their scores. Mr. Chee sincerely cares about each of his students. He will go the extra mile to help them do well. I will not think twice of recommending him and his staff.
