yeah, it's ok. not the best brisket that i have had over the years, but the sausage was great. i had some rice with sausage--forgot what they called it, but was pretty good.
the cole slaw is about average.
got the order to go. maybe next time i'll stay and see what it is like if i eat in.
Brought the family up to Woodland Park for dinner on our way to the mountains. 3 teenagers, the wife and myself. The Circle H is a casual place with a lot of local flavor, and on a Saturday night it was packed. With good reason. It was all you can eat beef ribs. But, none of us felt like beef ribs, so I ordered spare ribs and everyone else ordered some form of hamburger. The food was delicious. Fresh, hot and very good. Like the food, the service was above average. The young man who waited on us was attentive and friendly, despite the large busy crowd. All 5 of us walked away happy. Next time you pass through Woodland Park, make sure you eat at Circle H.
