5 reviews for Circle Furniture Co
In case you read the review that someone else posted saying something like "can get better prices elsewhere if you shop around," we were there today and were given price match based upon other prices elsewhere. Prices are pretty comparable to Crate & Barrel; in one case Circle's piece of furniture was cheaper than C&B's, and in another case a piece was more expensive, but they said they'd match the price. Not bad!
Also, they seemed to have a good collection of modern and more traditional pieces that can be done in any number of different fabrics/leathers.
Weren't hounded by salespeople, which is always nice. Seems like a good place to get furniture.
We stopped in here today because we saw they were having a floor model sale on furniture. While a lot of the furniture was still really expensive, I was impressed with the design, and they had a funky sofa Jesse loved, and I was into a 50's style oversized chair that if I had an extra grand to waste on overpriced furniture, that I would totally buy.
The dining room furniture has some great lines, and it's really classic. The bookcases left something to the imagination, and it felt pretty overpriced for what it is. The sales floor was clean and didn't feel overly cluttered, and the sales staff let us browse and weren't pushy. Definitely a nice place!
As i catch up on my yelping, I can not leave out my hometown favs! I have a full living room full of BEAUTIFUL furniture from these folks. I LOVED the selection and got to pick out something that is totally outside the plain boxy couches that come in your choice of three colors at some larger chain stores. With a little guidance from the friendly staff, I found some excellent pieces to fit my space and style (warning the floor plan thingy you can play with on their website is addicting). One chair in particular was worth the price, its ultrasuede, so there was some hype and and extra cost involved, but when my friend spilled red wine on it at my housewarming and it came out with SOAP AND WATER, I was totally a believer.
Good for basics and more modern furniture. the prices are decent, although you can usually do better by shopping around. make sure to check out their best of boston promo- spend $1000 and they'll give you a $50 gift certificate to a Best of Boston restaurant. If you're gonna spend some g's on furniture, you might as well get a little something back.
Great service, lovely furniture. Wish I could afford more of it! The salestaff really are gentle and helpful and not in your face.
