Wow, kinda surprised this place is getting such bad reviews. I ate here a the week before Christmas after doing a bunch of present hunting and shopping. Please note that this review is scaled in line with other restaurants where $6 might fill you up...so fast food basically. Which is fine. If you think you are getting something special at a $6 pizza buffet, is that CiCi's fault, or yours? Oh, I should probably add some actually substance to this review.
See, I really like a couple of the junk food pizzas they make here--the mac and cheese and alfredo. Add some iceberg lettuce salad and a few of those cinnamon rolls, and there you go, that's at least $7 worth of value.
When we went there, it was late and had only two tables of youngsters, and two very helpful employees.

Yes it's cheap, yes it's filthy just from the sheer number of heads being pushed through. The quality of the "food"...let's be a bit generous and call it marginal.

Listen, Cic, your food is whack and you gotta get your act together honey! You're kinda dirty...cheap and dirty and you have a lot of kids running around. Your pizza tastes like dish soap and I've been in you way more times than I would've liked. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings...but you aint "IT" sugar! What are you doing to stay around so long?! The cinnamon rolls?! DAMN!

Bottom line:
CiCi's is dirt cheap! How can you pass up a pizza buffet for around $5.50 (that's without a soft drink)? Kids under 10 eat for less. They have a real basic salad bar, a few pastas with two sauces, a bunch of different pizzas, and three desserts to choose from. Prepare to stuff yourself silly!
I'm with George on this one! I like this place for a few reasons, first it's close to home, super cheap, & oddly enough I really like the macaroni pizza. My only beef is coming here when the place is filled with loud families who don't watch their kids, so I try to visit during off peak hours. Overall the price is right, the food is good, the staff is always nice & they are willing to make any kind of pizza you want!
This is the fast food buffet of pizza. If you want to attempt to overdose on white flour, you've just found your source. Food is mediocre at best, price is dirt. Scrounge around in the parking lot for change and you'll find enough to eat here.

I'll add a 6th reason not to eat here, cheap or not: If you don't like a hairy salad - yes, hair in the salad! Look before you eat - yuck!
