I Absolutely Love the Chula Vista Yoga Center!
Ever since I tried the 10 day 4 10 bux trial I've been hooked on yoga. All of the instructors here are super chill people. There are plenty of love and hugs going around here. There is an awesome vibe at this place all the time. I've committed to the monthly unlimited plan that basically means I can go as many times as I want for a month for only $115(student).
The Chula Vista Yoga Center will change your life!
I know it has already begun changing mine.

So, I finally got my butt in gear and started yoga again.  One of the best decisions I've made to date.  I left my first class with Mark wondering why in the hell I'd given it up for so long.

Now, if you're like me, and you need the guidance of a practiced yogi with patience and a soothing manner, you need to come here.  I simply can't find a consistent time in my day to practice on my own.  They have one giant room where about 15-20 people fit in for 1-1/2 hour sessions.  Yes, the room is kept hot and this is better as your muscles stretch better when they're warm.

All the instructors are wonderful about walking through the class, straightening poses, pulling your body in directions you'd never thought it'd go, but not being bothersome.  And all are very understanding that yoga can be an immensely painful practice for anyone.

I drive all the way from the SDSU area for this place.  Granted, I work in Chula Vista, but that is of no regard.  I prefer this atmosphere to a lot of other studios who are concerned with image, merchandise, and payment.

This center offers really awesome packages.  Including their start-up package of $10 for 10 consecutive classes.  That gives you no excuse not to at least try it.

These guys are the best! It's seriously like walking into the most comfortable place ever. It's all hugs and love. This place is just real and down to earth. I've been practicing there for about four years with no end in sight....
It's my favorite place to be besides out surfing in IB:)

awesome

the staff here are so helpful and friendly. and as a first time yoga person i needed lots of assistance and the instructors are very patient and nice. not to mention that they have a start up price ($10 for 10 days) which is such a bargain.

and i am sad to say that i live in LA again, and probably won't ever find the same type of studio ever again ~single tear~

Yoga meets the beach! Aside from the highly competent teachers,  this yoga center boasts abundant towel usage, bright colorful paintings on the walls, and a great community vibe. Decent prices and a standard class schedule make it easy to get moving and grooving in our busy world. I love the many surfing paintings on the walls of the studio. One teacher used the turntable to play music via old fashioned records!! Grab a breath...
