Chinquapin is a BEAUTIFUL, wooded, semi-private community that has sandy beaches, numerous docks and a real community atmosphere. Although a few residents may seem a little snooty, most are really, really nice. They also have tennis courts, a pool and sauna for use by their guests and residents. Sizes and views vary, but whatever you rent or buy, you'll have a really great time.
