Well darn it all! Mom and Pop sold the place and moved to a houseboat on Lake Pagent.. (not really) But the new owner is not nearly as attentive as they were. The food is not as good. The sushi is ok, but lacks the zing that momma used to put in it. I always asked for white meat chicken in all my food, so I don't have the dark meat problem, but I don't go here much anymore....

Be advised that China Fuji changed ownership sometime within the past year... The service is now non-descript and the food is nowhere near what it was -- the old policy of only breast meat in chicken dishes is out the window, and things have gotten pretty greasy all around... nearly had to throw away a portion of hot and sour soup due to all the oil floating on top... recommend nearby kim bo in place of china fuji...
