Just ordered from them at 1:35 in the afternoon the day after Christmas. It's 1:48 and I suspect very highly I will be seeing the delivery guy before 2. I love them.

Review from Lori L.
Now that I have moved out of the delivery zone of some of my favorite Chinese takeout places, I've been in dire straights to find a new, worthy, place.
Enter China Dragon. Their menu was casually placed on the handle of the outside door of my building. I took a peek at their offerings and I was impressed with the range of their dishes. China Dragon offers more than the typical fried rice and sweet and sour dishes.
Also, I'm a visual person. I like pictures. I especially like pictures of food when I'm not familiar with what I'm ordering. China Dragon provides pictures of some of their specialty dishes. Nice.
Twice now I've ordered their chicken chow mei fun because it so fricking delicious. The chunks of chicken are numerous and huge. Plus, the serving size is enough to feed me for three meals.
I'm also a fan of their beef fried rice. Again, chunks of beef are plentiful and tasty, even for the small size. I will say I am not a fan of their egg rolls. The ones I've had tasted more earthy than say, peanutty. I won't order them again.
The last time I ordered, I somehow received an order of free crab rangoon. I even double checked my bill to make sure I didn't reach the "free crab rangoon" threshold, and I didn't. I must also mention their service. The person on the phone who took my order could not have been more pleasant.
I liked this place so much I entered them into my cell phone.Listed in: Noodle Me this Batman

Down Down Down
The portions are HUGE...
The Delivery is quick...
The Food is not good, and getting worse...
Chicken chewy soggy dry, I know how is that possible, the breading is soggy the meat is dry, it all adds up to chewy...
The only difference between sesame Chicken and General Cho's seems to be the sesame seeds on the outside and the carton it comes in, same goes for the orange chicken it all pretty much tastes the same its sad...
The Wonton Soup is maybe the worst I have ever had, It used to be ok, but now its bad...
The crab rangoon is good, but hey you need more then one good item on the menu...
If you are drunk, and you want lots of food cheap and delivered fast go for it, but if you are sober, look elsewhere...
Trust me...
I debated hard on 2 stars, but because of quick delivery and huge quantities and a good attitude on the phone and in person I gave it a very trembly 3 stars...Listed in: Chi - Asia, I say NO NO NO!!!

I don't do much Chinese takeout, but sometimes I can't take anymore salad and sandwiches for lunch. I may not be the expert on Chinese takeout, you should read Brandon H, the King of Kung Pao's reviews. I chose the Chinese-American dish of General Tso's chicken lunch special. It's kinda funny how the descendents of General Tso and the General himself have never heard of this dish. The dish is not served in the capital of Hunan where the General is from. Supposedly, chef Peng from Taiwan created this dish in NYC.
The General Tso's chicken was on the sweet side and lacked a bit of heat to it. But, why am I giving it 4 stars? #1 They have a Bruce Lee poster when you walk through the front. #2 They put some effort and flavor into the fried rice. #3 Price and portions are awesome for $5 which includes egg roll or wonton soup. #4 This China Dragon will slaughter Panda Express any day and use it for tomorrow's special. -

Fast delivery, good food, nice service, what more can a girl ask for?
I always get the Shrimp with Broccoli (4.75sm, 8.25L), The eggrolls YUM (2.00/2) the combination Lo Mein (4.00 SM), and Egg Drop Soup (1.50 Pint)
I've also tried the Shrimp toast, and didn't like it much. Too fishy for me.
The food is a little too greasy for my taste, but the flavors are delicious!
UPDATE: This place has been moved up to 5 stars because of the consistently GREAT service!!
I HEART China Dragon! -
Review from Dan B.

After 4 days of much drinking, and little sleep or food, I was winding down and needed Chinese, fast and in abundance. Lately when ordering Chinese food I look over tons of menus, read the reviews and deliberate forever ultimately being disappointed with my decision. This was not on of those nights. I wanted it NOW. I scrolled through grubhub and noticed China Dragon, remembering eating here once when I first moved to the city. I called, and bam 20 minutes later they delivered, and let me just say China Dragon Delivered.
8, count em 8 perfectly crispy and cheesy crab rangoons
A quart of wonton soup with over a dozen thick tasty wontons
A massive container overflowing with lo mein deliciousness
And what is this? 2 free eggrolls, no coupon or anything, just a little surprise from China Dragon to me
Total price under $20! I literally ate for 3 days from this order. I can't wait to explore the rest of the menu, though those crab rangoon will be on my ticket every single time. -

I have yet to try Chinese food in Evanston until China Dragon. They have some unique choices, but it ultimate comes down to traditional chinese food as most people know it. It was good, they delivered pretty fast (better than their 35 minute estimate), and I have no complaints.
They do have a cool menu though, lots of things that are not just "chinese only", Orange Tofu being one of those that is good! -

I would rate this a three star joint, but the fact that they print your entire credit card number on the receipt is worthy of taking away a star.
On the plus side: very quick delivery, accurately filled order, coupons for two free egg rolls if you spend $15.00, they have vegetarian egg rolls.
On the minus side: our veggie lo mein and veggie fried rice were very greasy, the egg rolls were flavorless and the lo mein and fried rice were quite bland as well, they did not include packets of hot mustard (we did not specifically request, but it seems like a standard thing to include.. especially if they are giving us soy and sweet sour packets).
I'm in no hurry to order from here again, but if someone else suggested it, I would be open. I would try some other veggie options in hopes that they make something that actually had flavor. -

THE FASTEST DELIVERY IN THE WORLD!!! Super nice staff (as far as phone orders & delivery people)
3 stars for beef I am not really ever happy with (but keep trying), whoops, my bad.
I will just have to train myself to order chicken!
Thanks! -

We've ordered delivery from here twice now. The delivery time is fantastic, our food has been here in about 30 minutes. The portions are good sized and there's a wide selection on the menu. I've gotten the sesame chicken both times and its very good. The only thing is, they don't really spice the sauce. I'm used to a little kick in my sesame sauce so I feel like the sauce it a little bland. But I still enjoy the dish and my husband really liked his kung pao beef. Sometimes you just need some quick chinese food delivery and this is your place!

Pot stickers were OK, the egg rolls (pork) were too full. Mongolian beef had a decent flavor and the kung pao chicken was very good. I've had much better, but I will say the delivery was super fast.

I have ordered from there in the past and really had nothing to complain or rave about - although, last night we had delivery and our food had hair in it!!!
Hair not only in the shrimp fried rice but also in our kung pao chicken!!!
What a disappointment :( won't be ordering from there again.
