I don't know if it was Studio City or this Encino location I went to, but I decided to check this place out cuz an acquaintance of mine who seemed to have similar standards as I, recommended this place to me. WTH, this place is HORRIBLE. I had the nastiest food ever. I almost felt sick to my stomach and cheated that I actually had to PAY for my meal. This place is like the Mc Donald's of Chinese food. Oh hell, Mc Donald's seems like a gourmet restaurant in comparison to this place. I haven't tried their Chinese Chicken Salad, but if it's as good as the one at Cheesecake, sure I'll give them 2 stars just to be nice. Hell no. Don't even waste your time going here. P.F. Chang's is crap but it's still way better than this place.
Chin Chin is California Chinese food, and some find it disapointing. But it is worth visiting for their award winning Chinese chicked salad (I get it without the chicken and without the brown noodles). Favorites of my friends include: paper wrapped chicken, orange chicken, lettuct wraps, and spring rolls with delicious apricot dipping sauce. They have low fat versions of several of their dishes. This location is nestled in a mall.
