Chili's

Their food is good. And their blue lagoon fizz for kids is good to I had the old timer burger and fries with a side of chips and salsa. The only bad part was that the serve did forget on thing on the tad. So it rung up wrong. But other than that I really like it and will be going back.

My family and I just waited for 45m to be seated, only to have a manager come up to us and bark at us saying we have only been waiting for 20 minutes. I have never been so disrespected for no reason. Please run if you are hungry and want to be treated like a person!

The food was great and the delivery was early. I had the spring rolls and a side salad. It was perfect. I gave 3 stars because my order was delivered by Grubhub and the food wasn't sealed in anyway. It was in an open plastic bag. That's disgusting. They let just about anyone deliver good and no-one wants someone to play around with their food. Do better and pray I don't get sick!

Chilis offers a great product at a fair price. The restaurant is clean and the service meets expectations. This corporation has done a marvelous job of revamping their menu over the course of time. It has resisted stagnation resulting in continued success. Chilis never disappoints.

This Chili's is very unprofessional and inconsistent as hell.

If you order something, sometimes they bring it out to you and sometimes they don't. And it's hard to tell when they'll bring the order out to you because it's very inconsistent like there's not a certain time you can go off of which makes it a huge inconvenience. It's like sometimes they care and sometimes they don't care at all. You'll sit in your car for like 30 minutes and then finally get frustrated and go inside, only to find your order sitting on the rack. It's very irritating since they do this very often.

You can literally walk into the lobby and take an order and they wouldn't care, not that I've done it personally but they're very non chalant with the orders that you can tell it has happened before. So if your order has ever been lost at this Chili's, it's likely that they let someone take your order.

You can hear them flirting with each other and rough housing with loud music in the back instead of working. I experience this everytime I get an order for them. What's the point of having a service (curbside pickup) and not actually participating in it as advertised ? Chili's customer service is a flop.

Was hungry for Chili's & delivery through Door Dash. Chili's Classic sirloin was burnt with black splotches, shrimp pulled from fridge & not cooked. Corn on the cob & loaded potatoes was yummy but not really enjoyed without the main courses. Picture proof unbelievable so I emailed update to DoorDash & greatly appreciate their resolution. DoorDash driver amazing & clearly earned above 5 star rating!!!

My fiancé and I went in for lunch. We were there 30 minutes before our order was taken. The waiter wasn't professional at all. He asked me 3 times what I had to drink and each time never came back with a refill. My fiancés sweet tea had plastic floating in it. We brought it up to him and he took it but brought the same tea back just in a different glass. We waited 45 minutes for our food and didn't even get it all and we brought it up and he wasn't aware of the order he took. (They weren't busy at all). We will NOT be back.

Bad service and food. Bias towards people of color. Never been treated so badly. Will not come back and passing the word about complaints

*****Amazing***** We dropped in for a quick lunch and it was AWESOME. My son had been dying to sit at a high top table and the server went out of her way to make that happen. She made sure to sanitize the setting in its entirety. The table and all 4 chairs. (Insert fist pump here) We ordered boneless wings, chicken and ranch quesadillas, and the super meat burger-- THE BOSS!. It's the boss and it will TOSS you right out! All of our food was made fresh and delivered quickly to our table. The server made sure she gave us plenty of family time while also clearing our table and providing refills. Her timing and friendliness was perfect. We will definitely stop in again while passing through!

I knew better than to go in here, but hunger and location made me do it. Right off the bat it took 5 mins to get a table because the host had to bus one for us, and they were not busy at all. QR menu but cell service is bad in building, no wifi. Waitress was super disinterested, looked like we were bothering her to be there. Had to ask for every single thing we needed, from menus to napkins to ketchup, stuff that would ordinarily be given. Ordered the queso, it was cold, chips were greasy and soggy. Burger was salty and greasy. Salmon was inedible, rubbery and tasted a week old. I took exactly one bite and left the rest. Waitress didn't ask if everything was ok, nada. I'll go hungry next time because I'll never step foot here again.
