Yippee! Chili's two weekends in a row! my dream come true, my husband's nightmare...
I've been to this Chili's a few times, this last time, the service was ok, nothing stellar, food seemed to take a while but it was hot when we got it.
I love queso, but the chips they gave us were burned, boo! I ate them anyways, haha!
I saw someone eating the turkey sandwich and they totally changed it, its on wheat bread now and didn't look the same, double boo! Monterey chicken was good and I got it with mashed potatoes (cause i love the gravy) and instead of veggie, I got fries with ranch dressing...yeah yeah yeah, I know -

Unremarkable
Entrees, appetizers, and desserts can taste a little mass produced, nothing special and not worth the calories. The burgers are too big altho they taste fine. Been here a few times, fine place to hang out with friends but not for the food. Decor starting to look dated. -

I don't know what it is about this place but its just ... lacking (for lack of a better word). The food is mediocre (at a chain family restaurant standard) and always is either cold, too hot to touch or the consistency of paste. The solution to any and all of these problems? put cheese on it!
Not impressed at all! -

Great spot, everyone is always friendly. The prices are good and their revamped menu is awesome. Lots of new delicious items you don't have to feel bad about eating!

This is a usual lunch spot for me and the food is as expected. The servers are quick and attentive and always have a cheerful demenor. The booths however need some work as they are a bit loose and when your sitting you can feel every movement of the people sitting behind you. You can't beat the price with the affordable 2 for $20 Menu.

The 2 for $20 deal is a good idea but not a wide selection to pick from.
The Texas home fries were not great. They were regular fries covered with cheese (only melted on top). Boring. They should have been steak fries or something. Not at all original.
The Santa Fe sizzling skillet was tasty and filling (although this meal could give you a heart attack with all the fat). Onions on bottom then the quasadilla, topped with chicken and cheese. the hatch sauce was unpredictably spicy- a welcome.
The Cajun chicken pasta was very appealing to the eye and to the pallet. Large portion served with garlic bread.
The Carmel apple crisp was delicious.
The menu selection mostly contains meet items. They do not have a great selection of salad dressing and deterred me from ordering one.
The restaurant wad loud with lots of screaming kids. The waitress allowed us to move away from the families without a problem. The kitchen was timely. The waitress was attentive.1 Previous Review: Show all »

The menu selection is limited and really does not cater to a large variety. If you eat meat then you… Read more »

It's Chili's - great selection and flavor, good prices too. This one is just like the rest - and I'm a BIG fan of the food - BUT a word of advice, you can expect slow service here if you sit down in the restaurant. Sit at the bar and you might be surprised how much better the service will be. I don't know why this has been the case for years and years, but it's never been any different for the time I've been a regular with and without my 3 kids.
The best advice is to get it takeout - you'll get your food fast and hot and the servers will come to know you quickly. -

Chili's in Shrewsbury has become a sort of tradition for us. As undergrads and even today, we would go play a full day of paintball in Upton and then head to Chili's for dinner, covered in mud, sweat, and paint. Never once have they kicked us out or made a fuss.
The servers have all been great even the weird guy that kept calling us "youse guys". The food is right along the lines of every other Chili's I've ever been to but it always comes out piping hot and timed perfectly with appetizers, etc. They also do a great job dealing with our massive groups and we have never had an issue with wrong orders. -

I adore Chili's. Probably because I always get the same things and I love margaritas. Now, they've screwed up before but usually everything is pretty straightforward.

Of all the chili's I've been to - greatest so far. Excellent service, great food. The staff is awfully helpful, and courteous. The manager visited us like three times to make sure we were having fun. I've had not so great expereinces with Chili's in cali but this one was very good
Hats off to the staff and the management. and, the line cooks for fresh and great tasting food -

I think Shrewsbury has no dentist. At least the staff at this place can not afford it!
The service was good from our very sloppy looking waitress, but the food came hot and quickly- and was quite good! So no complaints here. Everything was pretty seamless, another chain meal. -

Don't know what all the fuss is about. Maybe I just went at a bad time or on the wrong shift but my experience at Chilis was terrible this weekend.
I recently broke my leg in a car accident and was doin the gimp limp into the place.. noticed no handicap ramp.. though I have been going to this Chili's for years and never seemed to notice, but hey cmon!
As soon as we walked in ( I hopped) we were IGNORED by the waitstaff. I mean NO eye contact, no aknowledgement of existence WHATSOEVER .. for 20 mins!!!!! I mean it was ridiculous.. we were shocked. Almost at the point of turning around and walking away, and being ignored by the manager even, a young gentlemen seated us in the closest place for me to hop to with my gimp leg.
Our waiter was the poster child for the faux hawk and Abercrombie model worthy that is where his novelty ended. He was slow, unnatentive and when he did show up, rudely interrupted our converstation every time.
The place wasnt even THAT busy, probably half full.
Did you know that the awesome blossom is NO longer part of the Chili;s menu?? WORST desicion ever! I had the chicken fajitas and my friend had the peppercorn burger. He said it was just OK but my chicken seriously tasted like it came from a machine and not a farm. I know its a chain but seriously.. Onions everywhere and green peppers that were more like BROWN. Just downright dissapointing.
Im gunna have to pass by this place every time sadly, used to be great! Go to UNOs 2 lights down.
