Awful. Went with my family. The waiter seemed hung over and couldn't seem to remember anything we told him 10 seconds after we said it. The food was over cooked and all five dishes came out at different times. The fajitas are usually my go to here and I could barely get them down they were so dry. Plus my fork didn't actually show up until a few minutes after my dish arrived. Will not be back and I usually really liked Chili's for a family night out back when we lived in Phoenix.

I had the flu and couldn't go and get my food so I had it delivered and to my amazement it was still hot and tasty. Everything was perfect. The chicken was cooked just right and the breading in it was light and flaky, just like I like it. Also, I love ,love, love, their French fries. They were seasoned just right for my taste. I ate the egg rolls first because I haven't had them in a while, and they were beyond perfection. Everything hit the right spot for what I felt I needed at that time. Also the soup really hit the spot. For what I got the price wasn't too bad. I highly recommend Chili's.

It's Chili's, so my expectations weren't high, and it was early evening on a weeknight, so it wasn't crowded and there was no wait.
My dining companion ordered the chips and queso and was disappointed because apparently there are two types of queso. The one he got had beans and was more like a dip; if we were to go again, we'd try the white queso. His order of chicken strips (5) with fries was huge and, he said, "They were just okay."
I really enjoyed the Southwest egg rolls and would order them again. The side salad is very average: iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, a couple of cucumbers. Would pass on that.
Service was phenomenal. Attentive, friendly, and fast. We tipped well and give them credit for hustling. Chili's wouldn't be my first choice for dining, but it's not bad if you know what to expect.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Meesh N.Plantation, FL23868Sep 14, 2023
My daughter decided to stop at Chili's for dinner so, here we are. Caitlyn greeted us almost right away & was also our server. She was so attentive & nice I gave her a good tip (even though we had to return one of the orders)
And the manager was very polite & understanding when my daughter requested a refund for the uneaten (hard) Honey-chipotle Chicken Crispers Combo she bought for a friend. He even said he appreciated us mentioning the issue so he can relay it to the staff so that that mistake won't be repeated.
It was nice & quiet when we first got there. Got a little busy thereafter bit still not as noisy as others I've visited.
I was thirsty & was in the mood for something cold & sweet so I ordered a virgin Pina Colada. It looked so pretty when it came to the table but ... sheesh! Again: tangy must be the new sweet becuz this baby made me pucker up!
I asked if it could be sweetened up a little so Caitlyn took it back & redelivered it stating they added more coconut syrup. Um...yah: not much difference at all. We'll leave it at that. And other than a plain salad they didn't really have any plant-based options so my daughter & I both had the Cajun Pasta (without the cajun spice). I also opted out of the parmesan but wanted the tomato & green onions that usually comes with it. ...didn't get it. Welp, at least the garlic bread tasted good!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Riana W.Provo, UT011Dec 2, 2023
Hi I am 8 and me and mom agree about Chili's we both hated it.I was so excited for mashed potatoes but they were cold. And the service was ok
There were iPads to entertain people but it cost $3 every time you turned it on. The vibe was pretty good. So if you like cold food it's your place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 30, 2021
Solid food with okay service. You can't go wrong with southwestern eggrolls and chips and salsa to share as appetizers for your table. I got a spicy chicken salad and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh everything was.
This Chili's location seems to be a bit understaffed, so I don't blame the hosts and waiters for having a big load to shoulder, but be prepared to wait for a few minutes between the entrance-to-sit-down, sit-down-to-order, and getting the check phases of your dining experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melissa G.San Fernando Valley, CA021Sep 2, 2023
WOW WOW WOW! This chilis isn't usually my go to Chilis but I was in the area and decided to try it out. The staff was amazing. I want to give a shout-out to Juan he was super helpful, seating was quick, all the staff was friendly and nice.. Jocelyn I believe is her name, was also really attentive to our table, constantly filling up up our waters and drinks and the tables around me. She wasn't my server but it was really nice to have a team be attentive and present unlike other places.

Went there with my 74yo mother. Her fries were cold and soggy so we politely let it known. 15 minutes later our allotted waiter came around and we repeated it again. He took care of it, But still I haven't been here in 20 years and remember why.

Walked out at exactly 9:36 PM on Tuesday July 26th 2022. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes. No service ..... just dirty looks sitting at a dirty bar. So I left. At the LEAST say something like I'm caught up and will be with you when I can. You give me dirty looks without saying a word, and I walk out with a 1 star review.
I understand not to expect much from chili's... but.... this is elementary level of service........... if you can't at least acknowledge the guest then.... maybe you should think about a career change....
Sincerely,
A server of 10 years.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 1 - Dee T.San Francisco, CA06Mar 23, 2023
I used to come once a month and would order the cajun Pasta but last night I instead ordered the seafood pasta. In my lifetime I have never eaten a worse dish that was supposed to be seafood! Lining up 10 or so frozen shrimp around the top does not make it seafood pasta. The sauce tasted like a gravy and there were pieces of bacon bits in the bottom like soy flavored bits for a salad.. This is my 2nd bad experience with this chain and they have lost a customer for life.
