Review from Ken H.
Chick-Fil-A is a role model of how Fast Food Restaurants should be when it comes to customer services.
As others mentioned, this place always goes an extra mile to make your dining experience better. From small things such as drink refills, table cleanings, and even deliver your order to your table, and always eager to help along with the friendly smile, no matter how busy they are. This puts other fast food restaurants in a bad look.
The foods always meet my expectation. Hot, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection. I almost always get the original chicken sandwich or the chicken nugget along with waffle fries. McD also have similar offerings but why the chicken here tastes so much better ? so much more JUICER?
Their hand spun milk shake looks delicious too but I will save it or else I will have to spend more time at the gym to burn it off :P -

Chick-Fil-A has some of the best chicken sandiches and Diet Lemonade around!
Took my nephew here yesterday (courtesy of Groupon!!!). He got the chicken strips which he devoured within 5 minutes (probably less)! I got the grilled club (with bacon and provolone cheese). My the chicken in the sandwich was wayyyyyy toooo salty. It was the first (and last) time l ordered it.
I hadn't been here in a while, but l remembered their waffle fries warm and crispy- but this wasn't the case yesterday. They were soft, and almost greasy. They were a pale yellow, compared to golden and crispy. My nephew couldn't eat his, and l just dunked mine in their awesome, and amazing, Chick-Fil-A sauce.
If l were just rating their food it would have been 3 stars, BUT factor in their amazing lemonade, and super-duper friendly staff and l do believe it raises the review up 1 star for a grand total of= 4 stars : ) -

Eye witnessed.
Customer/guest: "May I have a refill?"
Manager: "Absolutely."
Manager: "Let me take the tray to your table."
Most if not all the employees represent this location to an absolute high standard and I applaud them for that.
While I was waiting for my take out order, a friendly employee gave me a coupon for a FREE chicken sandwich because of the wait.
Wow.
Things like this shouldn't go unnoticed and I want to thank the entire staff for making an ordinary visit on a Wednesday afternoon a bit more special.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Yes it is a chain, your eyes do not deceive you. Sometimes life does not afford you the luxuries of dining out where ever you please.
I however, have always had a fondness for Chick-Fil-A. I remember walking up to the red and white counter in the mall, very very excited to slather ketchup all over my chicken sandwich and waffle fries. This was expensive even in those days, so it was usually reserved for after doctor visits or the like.
I always enjoy their service, those people are really happy to serve you some chicken. I will though admit that Robin B is right about the "extra" rule. I love pickles too but it is very difficult to pry a pickle out of these folks.
The sandwiches, nuggets, side salads, lemonade and ice dream(yup you are reading that right) are consistently great, but how bout we take the price down just a bit folks? I'd like to enjoy my chicken without throwing down a twenty for two people.
Oh and side not here...I have better taste than to slather things in ketchup now, but you will find me camped in front of their sauce selection cuz I like almost every one of them. Try the Polynesian sauce on your fries, it is really delicious. -

If you love chicken, this is the right place for you. They make many different types of burgers, salads and wraps. Everything is chicken, no beef here!!
I come to this location quite a bit since this is the closest one to me and I love eating it. I did like the spicy chicken sandwich but it wasn't as spicy as I wanted it to be! But now since they have made it spicier, really does taste a whole lot better!! The bread is nice and soft and the chicken is juicy and deliciously deep fried.
I recently also tried something on the breakfast menu. Yes the breakfast looks pretty crazy especially if you are a health freak. But sometimes you can cheat and eat ;) I ordered Chick Fil A spicy chicken biscuit. The biscuit tasted really light and fluffy and the spicy chicken tasted exactly like how the afternoon lunch ones are...soo I think the only difference is the bread. :)
Going here for breakfast might seem odd but if you need something quick and you don't mind eating a few hundred calories than this is pretty good! They end at 10:30A.M. so if you want to go and get it, do it before than.Listed in: Whittier/La Harbra/Orange…, Deep Fried

You're slippin'.
When I order original, you give me spicy.
You refuse to carry light mayo unlike your other franchises.
When I ask for extra pickles, you generously provide me with TWO extra.
When I ask for a few more extra pickles, you say "I gave you extra already."
When I say, "well, may I have some more?" you sigh deeply and hand me a container with TWO more.
Some people like a lot of pickles, okay? It's not that unusual.

Review from Kat K.
Despite my political and religious convictions, I believe Chick-Fil-A is a gem when it comes to chicken sandwiches. I rot a little inside each time I order a sandwich here, but because it's so damn good, I reassure myself if it's worth the moral festering.
The chicken is the most soft, the most moist, and by far the most flavorful I've ever tasted. The light breading is delicate yet crunchy, and the spicy sandwich is done right -- subtly spicy at first which then proceeds to burn your mouth with each following bite.
Servers are always courteous and LOVE to say, "My pleasure." They say it so many times that you can easily make it into a dirty joke.
They've got some awesome sauce selection and a fancy sugar/condiment counter. -

I know this is a chain but WHAO LIKE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!
OMG if all the restaurants modeled the way these guys or at least this location did business, then man....
The food is the food. there's nothing the place can change since it's all upto corporate... So i thought.. I frequent this place then got friendly with the boss there, friendly enough where we made our own stuff with the chicken salad wraps and trying to duplicate kfc's "ultimate atkins chicken sandwich" with mixing up some breakfast stuff... Just for kicks nonetheless.
As many are aware the service is un friggin believeable here. They aren't just a bunch of yes peepo, they actually smile n stuff. most places, service is compromised when it starts filling up, but, the staff maintains the same level whether its 2 peeps inside or 20... and above else, they say sorry for waiting to long when it's been barely 12 seconds on the refills.
This spot is really in a league of their own with their servicing compared to the neigbhors and the locals know... there's a shitload of food around here. -
Review from Monica T.
As always, fast and friendly service. Tried the Spicy chicken sandwich and was pleased. Chicken was juicy and not to over breaded.
I like the assortment of dipping sauce as well. Don't think I have ever been to a fast food place with such a happy and friendly staff! -

THESE PEOPLE ARE ON DRUGS!!!!!!!!!!!
That's right I'm calling them out! There's no way can you get entire staff to look and act happy the entire time. So therefore I know there is drugs involved and the employees must be forced to take HAPPY PILLS!!!!!
I ordered nuggets and a diet coke and I'm telling you they are so enthusiastic taking your order , and when you receive it they make you feel this will be the best diet coke and nuggets you'll ever have!!!!!!!!!
So how good was the food? I like Chic-fil-A I think its pretty tasty and I love all the sauces mmmmmm
But I really want to get my hands on those HAPPY PILLS!!!! =) -
Review from Brian K.
I give Chick-a-fila 3.5 stars.
Pretty good spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, good Chick-a-fila sauce, not a fan of the fries. I would rate the chicken sandwich far better than most fast food joints, but everything else meets the standard. -

I have been coming here at least every other saturday for the last couple of months (My nephew lives near by and I must see him at least once a week!) This place is awesome. Service is always great!! Quick and they have never messed up my order!
My one complaint is they took the sauces away and now they are hidden behind the counter so you have to ask for them! I have been to several other chick-fil-a's and I have never seen another one do this! -

One of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've ever eaten. I can eat 2 of these no problem. Their chick-fil-a sauce isn't bad but with or without it, it's great.
Their fries suck though. -

Chick-Fil-A as usual is awesome: great food, free wifi, great service, Christian atmosphere. I used my GPS to find this location and found out it is between my home and Biola University. This location is very easy to find and is right off of Imperial highway and beach blvd. It is very roomy and is a bit quieter than the walnut location. Workers there are very friendly and talkative.

We all like food. But we LOVE food, especially when they're freeee! Came here Black Friday night and received a green receipt to return for a free meal on what I ordered. I love their lemonade, fresh and not overbearingly sweet. I also love their condiment selection! Honey BBQ sauce is the way to go with your waffle potato fries! This place is more expensive than your other fast food joint. But unlike the Mickey D's down the street, Chick-fil-A cooks real chicken. Been here twice and positive service both times. Will return for a third+ time!
Don't forget that they're closed on Sundays!! :) -

I love chicken nuggets, special the ones here. It's not exactly the greatest chicken I've ever had, but it's fresh and it's better quality than other fast food restaurants, so I'm not complaining. Everyone there is so nice! I enjoy the service and the greeting.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants good fast food chicken for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. -
Review from Sandra C.
I love Chick-Fil-A. I'm craving it right now as I'm typing, but the closest one is 10 miles away, and I don't feel like moving. Anyways, what's not to like about this place? EVERYTHING on the menu is good. When you taste the chicken...you just KNOW it's good for you...it's healthy...and it's delicious. On top of that, the service here is impeccable! These people are SO nice. I always order the chicken sandwich or the chicken soup. But from reading the other reviews here...I think I'll be here this week to try the chicken nuggets.
Love this place. Too bad it's closed on Sundays. -

My very first experience with Chick-Fil-A was in Chino Hills. I forgot why I was in the area but I tried it and I was forever lost in their food items which is basically chicken.
I love their tender bites and the Polynesian experience. There are many different dips you can choose from but I have always liked this one dipping sauce the most.
This location is the closest to me I think and I wish their were more in the LA area so I can go more often otherwise I look on the map to see if there is one on my way somewhere.
Customer service is always a good experience in all the branches I have tried and along with the Lemonade, man their lemonade is da bomb in my book and you get refills too. Love this place.
The sad thing is this place as well and other branches close on Sunday. -

You can never go wrong with chick-fil-a. Chick-fil-a sauce has to be the most amazing sauce ever. I dip everything in it!!! Wish they were open Sunday's I always seem to want to go there on a Sunday. Everything you order is amazing. Fries are also yum!!!

Chick-Fil-A is just another fast food joint that specializes in chicken only sandwiches. Their service is good and they have a big selection of sauces to choose from. Their waffle fries are also okay, but nothing spectacular.
They are also closed on Sundays because they are a Christian-based franchise (not that there is something wrong with that or anything).
Overall, for the price, I've had better. -

A+ Customer Service, show them how its done Chic-Fil-A. I get a yes m'am no m'am and please and thank you and HUGE smiles! Never have they looked at me funny for 5 sauces, nor have they tried to charge me .25 cents per sauce which is why I will be a loyal Chic-Fil-A customer as long as they keep up the great work!

I've always wanted to go to Chick-Fil-A ever since I saw one in Pennsylvania. The only disappointing thing was that I live on the West Coast, where there really aren't as many stores around. I bought my food to-go inside so I didn't get to experience their highly touted customer service, but I was still able to have a good time with their kind workers.
The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good for fast food standards and the waffle fries were definitely a pleasant surprise. Although it was sort of expensive, I definitely thought it was worth my money. Their large variety of sauces also made everything taste even better. The inside is SO clean compared to most other restaurants and I really wanna go back and try their breakfast menu. It looks so appetizing haha. -
Review from Ai M.
According to Men's Health, none of their sandwiches are over 500 calories. At my house I've been lectured to heat the fried chicken in the toaster oven instead of microwaving it. I took a bite of the spicy chicken sandwich last night. It came out in April and its crispy coating releases the heat as you chew. My brother ordered it without butter or pickles so I think it needs the latter (I substituted BBQ sauce).
He walked out to order but got it at the same time as the car in front of him so they gave him a couple of coupons for a free chicken sandwich that expired in December 2008 [he says he used one and was told they never expire]! This week they are giving away free food between 2:00-5:00 p.m, no purchase necessary. Snack Attack Thursday: 3-piece chick-n-strips then a brownie for Friday. Today the cashier volunteered that they were giving away a box of 8 piece nuggets. We were in line five minutes before it started and got out in about 10.
I liked the yogurt parfait but the strawberries could be Chopped into quarters instead of halves and be riper. It doesn't need granola but cookie crumbs are an alternate topping. -

Half of my obsession with "The Chick" as I call it, stems from a childhood memory.
Back in the days, when I was young, The Chick had a stand at a mall I used to frequent and my mom would take my sister and me to partake in the wonder that is their nuggets.
They even had free samples!!!!
Being that they are an uber-Christian establishment, the place won't open on Sundays, so they got the boot from said mall.
When the Krispy Kreme in La Habra closed (FOR SHAME!!) I was pleasantly surprised to see that The Chick would have a reprieve in my little old life.
I still order the same thing. The nuggets with BBQ sauce. Why mess with perfection?
The service is amazingly polite and I the chicken seems to taste a lot fresher than anything at any other fast food joint.
And the shakes rock my socks.
Worth a drive thru if you're hungry!Listed in: The Best o' Libby '09, Good Grub on the Cheap...

What makes this place amazing are the random promotions they've got going on. My brother and I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and after we ordered the usual the cashier gave us a green receipt and told us to keep it. The reason why? During the month of August the restaurant will give you the same order for free when you return the green receipt. SCORE! If I would have known I would have ordered enough for three or four people.
Anyhow, the promotions aren't the only thing that is great. They make their own lemonade here. When I order the usual Arnold Palmer it has that natural tartness in every sip. The sandwiches are good. They are not huge but the flavors are satisfying it itself. The chicken is always moist and juicy. Then there is the Wall O' Condiments that make a good sandwich closer to perfection. I usually top mine off with some honey mustard or bbq. The fries are good as well, they aren't greasy or too salty. Dip one of those beauties into some honey mustard and the " o " face will emerge. Seriously, its good.
The service here is great and everyone is polite.
Also the month of Aug is almost over, go get thee to Chick Fil A for free food! Only for this month! Do it! -

Woo hoo!
I have always looooved me some Chick Fil A . When I saw the they were turning the old Krispy Kreme into my beloved purveyor of nuggets, I let out a screech and the people in the car with me thought something seriously bad had happened.
I've been there several times since then and found that my old standby (nuggets sans sauce) is still my favorite. I have been very impressed with the employees. They are all incredibly helpful and friendly, and the manager walks around and refills everyones drinks in the dining room.
If you haven't tried this place yet, what are you waiting for!? Go enjoy some chickeny goodness (but not on Sundays - they're closed).Listed in: Best of the Best!

Review from liz c.
I've tried Chik Fil A multiple times. Still hasn't seemed to grow on me.
Yes, they are very generous and give out free food (yesterday was free sandwiches to anyone who attends or works at my university. And other days they have given out passes for free food or something).
Yes, they are supposed to be owned by Christians... which I suppose could imply exemplary customer service.
Yes, they are apparently healthier because they don't use peanut oil or vegetable oil. Whichever one is the unhealthy one.
But no.
I decided today that I'm really not a fan of Chik Fil A. I got a sandwich and a shake. Seven bucks. Are you kidding me? How Christian is that?! Rawrr. I went to my car and realized I still wanted more chicken. So I went to the Wendy's in the same plaza and got a 5 piece. For a dollar. The same thing is going for THREE dollars at Chik Fil A. I tried not to beat myself up over the fact that a Frosty at Wendy's is two times less than a shake at CFA - and they taste the same. LAME.
Then I realized, anything I could want at Chik Fil A, Wendy's has it. And it's better, cheaper, and faster. Who cares about friendliness and Christianity when you can get quality, quantity and cost efficiency.
Forget you Chik Fil A. I'm with DAVE. -

Its hard to go wrong with chikfila, there service is unbeatable for a fast food. Their quality isnt always the greatest but they will make it right if you let then know whats wrong. Favorite sauce used to be ketchup and mayo mixed together at a 3:2 ratio respectively. Now its just easier to grab the new tasty chikfila sauce.

San Diego, CA
Went home for the holidays and I immediately started craving Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately, they don't have any in the Bay Area (but I really think they should start soon).
The customer service here is top-notch; especially for a fast food joint. All staff are extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. In fact, they even have a staff dedicated to walking around the restaurant introducing himself and asking if there is anything that he can get for you (i.e. more ketchup, soda, etc.)!
My all time favorite is still the chicken nuggets. They offer a wide variety of dipping sauces. I like the BBQ; it's got a hickory kick to it. I like how they do not put any condiments on your sandwich, that way you can customize it to your liking. The portion of the sandwich hasn't changed. The price of the meals and food here is definitely higher than your normal fast food place - again it's about the quality and service here. I also highly recommend their ice tea as it is freshly brewed and lemonade is freshly squeezed.1 Previous Review: Show all »

As always, chickfila has great food, however this chickfila has the worst service of any I have been to. everytime we go to this one it is over crowded with teenagers and the staff doesnt seem to want to help the guests. Chick-Fil-A's customer service is what gives them 5 stars from me!!!
We order food for the office on occasion and we've ordered CFA a couple of times and the service is always great but today they really made my day! I had an order delivered and i received everything i requested (which we all know doesn't happen a lot) and once people started eating i realized i didn't order enough so i called back and maybe 20 min. later they were back here with my "emergency" order. They were more than willing to accommodate me and my request and they sere nice to boot!
The food here is good. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and the salads. I also prefer their breakfast (mini's or just the regular biscuit sandwich) more than lunch. Fruit salad is always fresh and yummy! I admit that their food is on the more expensive side but I've only received fresh food from them so I don't complain much about the price. I tend to hit them up more on freebie days and I'm willing to purchase the extras because I'm getting something for free. -

Their sandwiches are delicious and use thick, juicy, flavorful chicken breasts. Its so simply topped with 2 slices of pickle yet so kick-ass delicious! I slather my sandwich with mayo and fall in love with every bite...
If you need condiments... I believe they have like 8 or 10 sauces to choose from!
The service at this location is awesome, too! Everyone was very courteous and I had a wonderful experience here.
Try it out even if you dont like Chicken Sandwiches.... But keep in mind; All Chick Fil A's are closed on Sundays. -

Pico Rivera, CA
Favorite Chick-Fil-A ever. First off everyone is so freakin polite like all CFA's. The food is delicious as is all CFA's. The location is convenient with ample parking in front of the restaurant as well as through out the strip mall. But what set's this CFA apart is the deals they have. Some of them include, Rainchecks where you buy a large drink and get a FREE entree, select Fri-Sat's they double your order for free, random double days, and Wonka Wed's where if you get the "Golden Ticket/Receipt" you get a free meal everyday of 2011. That along with their support of Biola College and other worthwhile causes such as CHOC make me take the long out of the way trip home just to enjoy these little nuggets. If your lucky you'll catch a nugget eating contest and can pay 10$ to eat unlimited nuggets as you try to channel your inner Kobayashi. Highly recommend!

I L-O- V- E this place! . i have been to diff locations and always get the same result, friendly enviroment, effecient staff, and most of all good food. All the menu items are chicken, i fell in love with #2 i get it with provologne cheese. the fries are my fav & they have diff kinds of sauce which i still cant make up my mind which is my fav. Also they walk around and ask if everything was ok, sometimes they bring your order to your booth or sitting area, not your typical fast food place, lol they also have someone in a cow suit that walks around, if theres any kids they will love it!

This location is really cool, the workers are very polite. Workers at Chick-Fil-A tend to be that way though, most look very welcoming.
You can ask for their sauces that are usually displayed on the soda dispensers and they'll hand some over to you. I don't like pickles so you can ask for the sandwich out pickles.
Honestly, if you think this place is over rated I hope you think the same about In-N-Out then. This place is pretty much the chicken sandwich version of an In-N-Out. Cost wise might not be the same, but I dunno I spend about $6 at In-N-Out and I spend about $6 here too.
It's worth checking out, don't ever take hype into consideration because then most likely you're gonna say it sucks just because of that.
Most of my friends who have been to chick fil a also say it's a sandwich that doesn't need sauce, and I occasionally eat it without sauce as well. -
