    Chick-Fil-A never disappoints!

I've been on a health-kick for months now and fast food is a "no-no"...but when I do crave me some fast food (moderation, not deprivation is my motto), or when fast food is my only option to get a meal, it can only be Chick-Fil-A (if there's one around). My favorite thing to order are the nuggets - but if you order anything chicken, you'll be happy:) LoL.

I recall having tried Chick-Fil-A in Southern CA and I didn't care too much for it.  Then again, it might of just been the company I was with.  HE was a total douche bag and still is actually... sorry, got sidetracked.

Is there really such a thing as healthy fast food?  This is pretty much as close as it's gonna get!  I personally had a the salad with chicken strips and honey mustard dressing.  The salad portion was ENORMOUS.  I basically barely put a dent in it but was delicious.  The chicken strips were freshly made and were just as delicious.

My boyfriend had the spicy chicken sandwich that I totally would've gotten or at least ordered another to-go (but that would be really fat of me to do, right?)  My brother ordered the traditional chicken sandwich that he made mention was good.  their selection of sauces were nice... I'm a fan of the Polynesian aka sweet and sour.

Think about something though... when you come to these fast food places you basically say hello, give your order, pay and then on to the next one.  Bianca was the person who took our order.  I know this because as this greeting, taking my order and paying process is usually about a 3 minute process to which an impression wouldn't likely leave an imprint.  But she greeted with me with a smile, bothered to ask about my day, answered my questions about the menu selections patiently and thoroughly with a smile and with such courtesy that yes, I did take the time to learn what her name was and to make sure I made mention of it on this yelp review.  GREAT customer service.

Other than that, the facility was very well maintained, noise level for a fast food joint was pleasant and food selections and portions were affordable and worth the price and quality.

What?!?!  Did I just have me some tender, juicy, succulent, spicy chicken sandwich!?!  Why, yes I sure did.  I'm usually not a fan of chicken because so often it is overcooked and dry.  This includes not only fast food joints, but fancy schmancy restaurants as well.

For the first time, Google Maps navigation failed me.  It was having a momentary lapse in navigation.  It told me to exit, then to get on the I-80 East bound on ramp, which runs right by Chick-Fil-A.  But, there's no way to turn off of the on ramp to the the Chick-Fil-A!  Anyway, after using my natural navigating powers, we made it, and it was worth it for that delectable spicy chicken sandwich!

The waffle fries are so-so in my book, but I enjoyed them nonetheless because I smothered them in their delicious ranch sauce.

I honestly came here two (now three) times in my life. Yes, only twice before today. I mean, I liked it back then, but never had the incentive to actually come back. When I was a kid, I really preferred Carl's Jr (when it used to be at the mall a very long time ago). Until now.

My friend wanted to go eat before I go back to my very close yet far school on Monday. I didn't really know where to eat because I am kind of annoyed of chain restaurants (right now I'm opposing most chains and going local for 2012!). She suggested it, so I thought, "I might as well since I haven't dined at Chick-Fil-A in a million years. I'll give it a shot."

When I got there, there weren't many people there, but it was just the start of the dinner rush, around 5:45-6pm. I ordered the chargrilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions (I believe), and pickles and a small fruit cup. The cashier that was ordering my food was acting kind of odd like she was kind of annoyed. Well, whatever. I just wanted my food. I got it in about three minutes after I ordered. My mouth was foaming by the time I started eating.

I took that first bite and WOW! MY CHICKEN SANDWICH TASTED AMAZING! I was downing that thing like there was no tomorrow! I was in heaven when I ate that sandwich. The downside was that my burger was falling apart, but I didn't really care. My sandwich was so damn good! And on the plus side, the sandwich was about 250ish calories. I was a very happy camper! My fruit cup was alright but the cost for the fruit cups are not even worth the sizes. My friend had extra fries, so I ate those and they're pretty plain. Some ketchup was able to suffice. But that chargrilled chicken sandwich... man that was very delicious.

A worker asked us for our wrappers and tray when we finished and also asked if we wanted a drink refill. We kindly declined the refill, but she took our wrappers and tray. She was really nice.

I need to come by more, especially for that chargrilled chicken sandwich. That sandwich was amazing, simply amazing. And it's a chain! No other chain (not even my own cooking) compares to the amazing taste of this gift of Chick-fil-A.

I'm torn on Chick-fil-A. They're chicken sandwiches are the best damn one's I've ever eaten. And this is coming from someone who ate a chicken sandwich twice a day at the dining commons during his freshman year.

But does Chick-fil-A deserve an existence in the bowels of vomit?

    Look no further:
"The fast-food franchise continues to throw money at groups with anti-gay agendas. Through its charitable arm called WinShape, the company donated almost $2 million to organizations like the Marriage & Family Legacy Fund in 2009, according to the most recent IRS records.
That's up considerably from the $1 million in total that Chick-fil-A gave to anti-gay groups between 2003 and 2008, according to an investigation by Equality Matters.

I hope you get what you deserve Chick-fil-A.

I find that whenever I do eat fast food, I tend to order chicken sandwiches. All burger-chains chicken sandwiches do not come close to Chick-Fil-A's sandwiches!

Their sandwiches are moist and savory. Chick-Fil-A has a variety of sandwiches, wraps, breakfast sandwiches, salads, dessert, drinks, etc. If you're indecisive and you like spicy food, I highly suggest you try their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It's absolutely delicious!!!

I'm not a fries kind of girl, but I absolutely LOVE their waffle fries. I love dipping them into my mixture of ketchup and Tabasco.

As much as I mock and scorn those folks who give Burger Chain X 4+ star ratings on Yelp, I feel like this place actually does deserve some credit for being at the top of their food genre.

Nuggets and fries actually seem to be made of real food, and I have been somewhat addicted for about 20 years.  Service is unfailingly polite and competent for fast food, one might event term it genteel.

I love living in the Bay Area, but unfortunately, the Bay Area doesn't have Chick-fil-A!  It was a nice surprise to find one in Fairfield.

What I'm about to describe will probably make your stomach turn but every once in a while, it's nice to be unhealthy!

Their classic chicken sandwiches are awesome.  It's just a fried chicken breast with a piece of pickle and that's it.  I know that my description isn't that exciting, but seriously, this sandwich is that simple and delicious.

Their waffle fries are awesome too.  Yes, it's fried but fried to perfection, crispy outside but tender inside.

And I'm a fan of their southern sweet tea.  I'm so addicted to their tea that every time I try another brand, I always compare them to Chick-fil-A's tea.  And nothing compares to the original.

So yes, I gave my first 5 stars to a restaurant that serves fried chicken, waffle fries, and sweet tea!  Luckily we were here on a Saturday, so this place was open.  All Chick-fil-A locations are closed on Sundays for religion reasons, so plan accordingly especially if you're driving from the Bay Area!

    C'mon now its Chick-fil-a it's always good. !!!

The new location is not as efficient as the Mall location, Ive gone through the Drive Thru frustrated because the clerk was bump'n her gums ...more so than getting my order ready,  and my order ended up wrong twice, but what I know about CFA, they will get the staff together. Its new so I'm giving them some room to get the new folks up to speed.

You can now get BACON on your sandwich, the whole restaurant smells like bacon whenever Ive gone in, (not a bad thing...I love bacon).

The breakfast chicken Minis are little bites of Heaven.

I worked at a Chick-Fil-A while in college in SoCal.  Ever since that first bite of the original chicken sandwich w/ two pickles and some ranch sauce I was never the same.

Now that I'm living in the Bay Area and the closest Chick-Fil-A is an hour and a half away (ugh!) I will make the once a year trip (seriously, Fairfield?  Why put it up there?).

The original chicken sandwich is SO freakin' delicious and the waffle fries have a nice crisp to them.  It is my favorite fast-food restaurant.  And I love that they pride themselves on customer service.

As a previous employee of a new restaurant I remember that on the last day of training they treat their employees to a fancy 5-star restaurant to show them this is how you will treat customers coming into Chick-Fil-A.  Now that is customer service!

I think we all have that guilty pleasure of going to fast food chains. Something that stems from either McD's genius idea of a happy meal with a toy or just in college being like what is open and I got the munchies. Well whatever the reason to have such craving that can only be satisfied, Chick-Fil-A I have heard is an A+ experience. Well came here to my first Chick-Fil-A ever and wow. Good quality chicken breast large size and pretty great taste. On par if not better than Wendy's spicy chicken breast.

Service is amazing, as I felt sometimes that I was at a sit down restaurant because the cashiers would walk around and ask if we needed any refills or just how we were doing. I am quite happy with the overall experience. My friend John B.  told me that one is opening across the street from this location and that Chick-Fil-A treats the first 100 or so patrons extra special.

I discovered CFA when I was working out in Virginia. It would be years later before I tried it again in Sacramento. It seems they're creeping their way West. There are few examples of fast food I'll eat but I do like the chicken sandwiches, and the spicy one is right up my alley. Waffle fries  and a sweet tea to complete the combo. I have noticed that CFA employees tend to be very customer service oriented and pretty pleasant to deal with. Ive been told the founder is pretty religious man with high values so I guess it reflects in the business.

Best place to get a chicken sandwich! Minus one star for the soggy chicken strips.

    On to the good stuff....
Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken sandwich are both delicious! The chicken is perfectly fried and the inside is never too dry. I always order the DELUXE for the tomato, lettuce, and cheese (provolone, american, or pepper jack). I wish they toasted their bun a little bit more though.

My favorite items at Chick Fil A:
Sweet tea: gratifying, thirst quenching, yum....
CHICK FIL A sauce: their own unique sauce that goes along perfectly with the chicken. My friends and I think its a combo of bbq, honey mustard, and sweet and sour.
Waffle Fries : perfect crunch and not too oily.

My only grievance with this place is that it is located inside the mall. Oh! and they dont leave their chick fil a sauce out so you have to ask them for more haha.

This is hands down my favorite fast food place.  I like this place so much every once in a while I make the trek from San Jose to Fairfield just to pick some up.  I wish there was one in the South Bay.  I wonder if it's a franchise and whether or not I could buy a franchise and put it somewhere in the bay area?  I guess it's time to do some research...

Word of advice.  If someone tells you that the McDonald's Southern Chicken sandwich is the same as the original Chick-Fil-A sandwich, so save yourself a trip, don't forget to tuck away your thumb while making a fist to punch them in the face.

On a side note, this Chick-Fil-A is in the Fairfield Mall. I dont know what to say here thats not offensive to somebody. Let me just say this, if somehow you have the chance to teleport yourself to Chick-Fil-A in Roseville, Sac or Elk Grove do it. The food will still make your taste buds boogie AND the milieu wont remind you of the "run and tell dat, homeboy" dude from the web. just saying.

If anyone actually reads this review and happens to be the decision maker for where they build new Chick-Fil-As, please build one in the Bay Area (preferrably Pinole, since it's close to me.. ).  I would go there at least once a week, probably more.

This is a fast food joint that serves good food. I really like the food considering that it is a fast food place. However, chick-fil-a is f*&^*n expensive for what they are making and the portion size. I can understand why so many people love this place and are blind to what they are paying to eat here but it's a rip off.
I'm an average sized guy with a decent appetite. I can eat 2 of these sandwiches easily  in a sitting and at almost 6$ a pop.... com' on now! plus the soda and fries.  I'd rather go  down stairs from chick-fil-a , sit down at red robin's and get a burger with all the fries I can eat for the same price.
Like i said  "i really like the food" and that's the only reason this place got a third star from me.

There used to be a time when I would go to West field shopping center in Fairfield hoping to eat at Chick-Fil-A. Every time I did go it was on a Sunday with my family and low and behold, they shut their doors to observe their holy sabbath. It was, at the time very disappointing but we would end up eating at either Carl's Jr. or Red Robin.

Now some years later, I finally get the chance to eat at this place. I am amazed on how well prepared the food and courteous the employees are at this Chick-Fil-A. I have the feeling that I am not at a fast food chain, but the feeling of an actual restaurant. The food here is good and it never disappoints.

Usually, I get the four count tenders with the waffle fries. The highlight of Chick-Fil-A is obviously the Chicken but to me the waffle fries are very delicious with their sweet bbq sauce and signature Ketchup.

So when you are in the area where Chick-Fil-A is located, check off all the other food joints and head over to eat some chicken and waffle fries.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

I literally GREW UP eating here.  I sound obese, but I'm not. I can still remember my first chicken nugget when I was 6 or 7, and I've never gotten over the Chik-fil-A craze. I love everything about this place. Even though I go to school out in the bay, every time I visit home, this is one of the few places I always have to have a meal at. I've ate here before the original owner sold it, and I'm glad that the new owners didn't change a thing about it or else I wouldn't come back

What is there NOT to love about this place? I've been eating here for the past 14+ years, and I'm 21 now, goes to show how loyal I am to the dear Chik-Fil-A restaurant. I've had practically everything on the menu from the nuggets to the kid's meal, and the waffle fries to the chicken burgers. I love how crispy the chicken is. The sauces, I usually get ranch or bbq go so well with their waffle fries.

It sucks that there are very few locations in the west coast. I think the only other restaurant location is located in sac. Although I'm not sure so don't quote me. Gah, if you have not had Chik-fil-A, go and drive to your closest location. I promise you won't regret it!

Tip(s): - It's always packed, so try to snag a seat and they'll bring your food out to you when it's ready.  -ask for the dipping sauces beforehand, sometimes they forget.      -if you're still thirsty, free refills!
That's all folk, happy eating! :)

Best chicken sandwich out of a fast food joint because the chicken doesn't taste like fast food.

I remember coming here as a kid because there were always samples given out of their chicken nuggets. The taste hasn't changed at all. It's juicy and a little sweet with a nice crunchy fried coating.

I just wish there were more locations on this side of the US.

Thank you Chick-fil-A of the Fairfield Mall, for sponsoring ART Computer's first LAN Club meeting! The teens at the even had a blast playing games and enjoying Chick -fil-A's Original Chicken Sandwiches. The sandwiches were a big hit with the teens and many said the Original Chicken Sandwich made the night "Epic". Thank you for supporting our Fairfield youth and helping ART Computer's LAN Club meeting become a big success. We look forward to supporting you in the future!

Okay....call me crazy, but I am one of the few that just didn't get it.

I took one bite of my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and thought, "This is alllright. I don't get it." There was enough kick to it to make me say out loud, "Ooooweee," but other than that, there weren't any fireworks for me.

The waffle cut fries, though, I have to admit, were in a league of their own. Crispy, crunchy, the right amount of salty and fun to eat -- I was a sucker for these puppies.

I was just left with a few questions: 1. Were they supposed to give you your order when you sit down or wait for it right at the register? Our food came out so fast that we didn't have to move 10 feet before our food was ready. 2) Were they supposed to give those sauces out for the chicken or the fries? I noticed some people got them and some people didn't. My mom ordered the nuggets and she didn't get a choice of sauce. Then again, there was a shy little high school girl behind the counter that might not have known.

I just might go here again when I'm in the area...but only if I'm in the mood to give them another shot.

I'm sad to write this review since I've never, in my life, had an awful experience with Chic-Fil-A.

We came here to eat and pick up a platter of chicken strips.  I understand it was Saturday and busy but the cashier woman acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering.  She shoved the bag at us and my husband asked a question and she just ignored him and walked away.  I've always seen CFA workers going above and beyond, always smiling, always friendly.  So that put me off a little.  But I can handle some rudeness.

What I can't handle is being sick soon after eating and all day the next day.  My husband was sick all last night.  I don't know what happened, what part of the meal made us sick but I don't think I'll be back to this one. Lot of pink medicine later and my stomach still hurts.

Chicken sandwich? Good. Waffle fries? Goood. Tea+lemonade? Gooood. All 3? Wheeee!

They are closed on Sundays :( !!! I've gone to chick fil a on a few Sundays... I must remember...

Their chicken sandwiches are actually pretty simple (chicken + pickles + optional cheese) but the chicken is oh so good and juicy. I've had my share of chicken sandwiches from many places (bk, mcD, jack in a box, basically any fast food joint, etc...) but chick fil a is def a place of chicken goodness. I especially like getting their spicy chicken. They also have a variety of sauces.

The workers also bring your food to you. I thought that was really strange at first because I didn't expect it. Staff is really nice!

The BEST chicken sandwich that I have ever put in my mouth!

My boss suggested this place for lunch. First time coming to Fairfield for work and first time eating here at Chick-Fil-A, I was expecting it to be more like any other fast/mall food... It's nothing compared.

This place pretty much has the best customer service than any other fast food joints I've been to. They're all nice, attentive, patient and hands your order directly to you while your sitting at your table. Not like other fast food joints where you have to stand and wait for your name or the # of your order to be yelled out then handed to you right at the counter.

I'm from San Francisco and there's noooooo Chick-Fil-A here. But I highly request that they need to make one out here in the city ASAP.

MY FAVORITE: ORDER #4 Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/ American Cheese combo (Waffle Fries & drink). ONLY $6.95 leaving you, your belly, and wallet satisfied.

Hard to find when not from this area.

Yelp says they are in the parking lot of this mall but it is actually inside the mall. I had to ask someone where this place was because it was not listed on the "You are here" mall directory, so minus a star for that. Besides that, sweet iced tea you can buy by the gallon, spicy chicken sandwiches that are actually moist, chicken nuggets from actual chickens and no charge for the sauce is amazing. I love Chic-Fil-A.

All in all I recommend this place to anyone looking for a chicken anything.
