If I have said it once, I have said it 1,000 times...this place is truly AMAZING! My son had used them back in 2009 when moving from San Diego to Chicago, their service was outstanding.
Recently, my sons lease was coming up and he needed to find a new place. My son is very busy traveling for his job, so since the clock was ticking...rapidly, we made a decision to go back to Beth at Chicago Apartments and Condos for her expertise. While he was out of the country, I contacted Beth from California and she went on the hunt.
Upon my sons return she took him out and showed him several places... knowing that he had approximately 7 days to find a place, get approved, sign his lease and move in...was quite stressful, however, Beth worked with him, listened to his 'wants' and 'needs' and found him an awesome apartment. Over the rest of the weekend she worked on all of the paperwork and was able to turn a 7 day process into a ONE (1) day process. She is truly amazing...and all of her co-workers really work as a team in helping out each other and their clients.
I would definitely recommend using the expertise and dedication that they give each and every client, no matter what the clients 'needs' are. They go above and beyond what anyone would expect...and there is absolutely NO FEE...unbelievable.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Dave Perkins, one of the leasing agents at Chicago Apartments and Condos I would recommend him to take you around. He has great connections with management and he is very personable! Ask him to show you the building off Patterson near Broadway if there is an apartment available, Mari Sorensen, the manager of the building is amazing. She goes beyond the call of management!

I. Love. These. Guys.
Another friend of mine came to me saying "Help me pick an apartment!" Okay. I'm gay. I get it. I love how they're like "YOU'RE gay! YOU'LL understand!" Like what? I got a free lunch out of her, but c'est la vie. Life goes on. So she booked an appointment with these guys, and despite the fact I'm of little use whatsoever on this grandiose tour (what do you want me to do? Judge the current occupant's decor?), these guys were GREAT!
They know their stuff. I've been around with a lot of apartment agents, since I'm that "pioneer" from the great state of Michigan, where I suddenly need to trailblaze for the other ex-pats from other States. This place made it a fabulous experience.
Our agent was Allison. Homegirl is SUPERB. She was down to business, but kept it light, fun, and dealt with my girlfriend's many needs. I know she has needs. I kind of wish she could replace me in her stead when it comes to relationship-drama stories rather than just apartment hunting.
Saw some fabulous places in Lakeview East, and she signed with them. The office staff was great, too. Met Beth, who processed for the management company (private landlord? Not sure.) and she was a hoot, too. Incredibly friendly, knew their stuff, and made a quick and easy experience. Kudos!
If you're hunting apartments and want to get a quick catch-all of Chicago's best, check this place out. Never once saw anything that was garbage. It all came down to nitpicky stuff for my friend, and Allison was fab in working with us. So deffo recommend. -

I have dealt with nearly a dozen apartment finders in Chicago. I had mixed experiences with each of them. Most just showed whatever they needed to get rid of first. This company's business goals are completely different.
They actually listen to you. A novelty! I will probably never leave my current apartment as its THAT cute. Beth was an absolute dream come true and I have no problem giving her tons of business. How often do you get shown an apartment, by an office goddess and office manager, who actually lives in your apartment complex?
Love them! -

I was going to be moving into the city from Ohio for a new job opportunity and originally had a short term agreement with someone in order to give me time to find a place that would work for me. That fell through and I was recommended to contact Beth by my future boss. I left her a message and she called me back within a few minutes to get important information (price range, area of the city that I was looking in, if I had pets, etc) in order to find some options. Within a few days, I came out and she showed me several places that would fit my needs. I liked a couple in particular. My first choice turned out to be taken. My second choice was actually in the same building. They were able to get me a $25 per month discount on my second choice and I was able to m since the first one was taken. As someone new to the city, I can't thank Beth enough for helping me get all set up in an apartment with only a couple of moving.

I stumbled into business with Chicago Apartments and Condos, and am so grateful for the experience! From seeing a perfect apartment with Allison (and immediately filling out a rental application), to getting the paperwork finalized *very quickly* with Beth, they were professional, effective, and a pleasure to work with. I got the impression that they were similarly wonderful with our landlord, who was a little wary of renting to "young people". They clearly took care of all his concerns, and even called him when I stopped by the office to drop off checks just to keep him appraised. Fabulous company who obviously puts customer service as their number one priority.
