Believe reviewing places should at least started with placing the right context in mind. Those who reviewed the Kids Kourt should really review it for what it is...an outlet for parents of young children to bring their youth somewhere to get some playtime. I've seen the other reviews mentioning taking kids to the park. I'm sure about 4 months out of the year that's possible, but from Oct - May, the weather just isn't feasible for children 1-4 years old.
Indeed, would forewarn other parents from coming here with their infants as some of the older kids run recklessly about with little situational awareness much less regard for smaller children. Just be careful and keep a watchful eye. Park Meadows mall doesn't have a kid zone so if you're looking to get out of the house and it's cold outside, I can't really think of another place. -

The breakfast decor is gone and the Looney Toons have moved in! I would have to say my favorite part is the fact that they close down every so often and sanitize the ENTIRE play area. I cannot begin to express how awesome it is to know that the play area is regularly sanitized. I mean I have 1 year old twin boys who put anything and everything in their mouth and so for the comfort and safety of them and those around them I couldn't be more pleased.
The play area has been MOBBED every time I have been there, but the kids for the most part actually try not to run into each other. The looney toons characters are firm enough to crawl on but are very soft at the same time. It is quite perplexing.
I will be visiting the play area again. Now if only they could get a real food court. -

Call it "bacon and eggs," call it "the breakfast zone," but if you've ever been to the Cherry Creek Mall, you've definitely seen the Kids Kourt. It's the big carpeted area across from Macy's with all that ginormous food on the floor and all the crazy kids running amok.
Here, amok is a GOOD thing. In fact, it's a great thing! Amok here is way better than amok in Forever 21 or-- gawdforbid-- The Body Shop. Lots of little things to grab and fling to the floor in The Body Shop.
Kids of all pre-cell-phone-carrying, pre-hanging-at-the-mall-to-be-kewl, pre-"omg-don't-let-me-be-seen-with-mom" ages absolutely love The Breakfast! If you haven't stepped foot (shoes off, please) inside this crazy zone, do yourself a favor and check it out. Of course, make sure you've got some kids with you... if you don't, you're just creepy and some eagle-eyed parents will definitely scope you out. As they should!
You wouldn't know it just by looking, but the giant waffles, cereal bowls, bananas, and sausages (they kind of look like turds... not the best item for posing that cute photo op) are actually made of firm yet squishy foam. Perfect for flinging little bodies into! The floor itself is squishy too... hence the no-shoes allowed rule. It's really pretty awesome.
The Kids Kourt is open during all mall hours, but they clean and vacuum between 2:00 - 2:30 PM & 6:00 - 6:30 PM every day. Now go get yourself some breakfast!Listed in: She's Having a Baby

Let me start by saying that I hate indoor malls in general.
The addition of screaming, little monsters does not help the mall ambiance in any positive way. -

This is what ruined this mall. It's a pit of deafening screaming noise that carries all over this end of the mall (which unfortunately is the most convenient parking to my house). The noise is made by masses of squirming, running doing anything they want underagers. It can't be sanitary even if it looks "nice". I had kids already and even when I had them, used to come here by myself to escape to some adult pleasures. Now, it's in vogue to inflict your kids on everyone everywhere. puh.

I don't know what's worse, the deafening noise coming from this ant farm at Cherry Creek Mall or getting stuck behind the ten-thousand moms with strollers (walking very slowly) at Park Meadows. Really people, can't you just take your kids to a park?
