This is the third time I have had them to my place in West LA. I really like this franchise of Chem Dry. They are very prompt, honest and do an excellent job. They also have truck mount machines which I like better then the ones that get plugged into the wall. They move furniture and clean the corners, they put plastic under the feet of the furniture and even pointed out where they thought an area rug may be damaging the carpet. My carpet is very old (I am in a rental with a cheap landlord) that being said, they always make it look and smell clean-even with a dog! Their prices are good and they offer specials (look in Val-Pak)which are the real deal. Once you are a customer they will mail you reminder cards with specials on them (100. for 450 sq ft cleaned) The also service my area, West La, and other areas of LA.

Chem-Dry Carpet Tech is amazing. I just had them do my carpets and they did a great timely job. My carpets look brand new and smell fresh, damn pets...anyways they had good prices. I dealt with Drew he was great, very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable. So if you need your carpets done, definitely give them a try.
