I took my daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons out for dinner and had a horrible experience for which I paid over $100.00. My grandsons ordered pasta with meat sauce. No mention was made of cheese on the menu. When the meals finally came, there was cheese all over the meat. My grandsons cannot eat cheese on meat so my daughter asked that replacement meals be provided to the boys of the same dish with no cheese. I told the waitress that even tho there was no mention of cheese on the meat sauce on the menu, I would pay for the replacement dishes as well as the original dishes. Finally, after all the adults had finished their not so good meals, I asked the waitress where the boys' meals were. She said that the chefs had said they were too busy to make replacement dishes so none would be coming. Everyone in our family was very upset by this behavior, and then the bill came. We were charged $20.00 for the meals which the boys were unable to eat. Although we have been to this restaurant before, and were not that satisfied with it, we decided to give it another chance. What a profoundly stupid mistake. This is one horror show we will never attempt to dine at again.
Great pizza and other food. Our stand-by for a pleasant casual place with good food in the area. Usually a great experience although they recently did charge us $5 for a plate of chopped tomatoes for our kids (not cool but no time or energy to make a big deal that night)!
