Chef's has really good food, delicious hummus, and really friendly staff. I have yet to try the juice bar.
They have a ton of great veggie options (to be expected) and have a traditional baked eggplant dish that is super yummy (the name evades me right now...)
I haven't eaten in, only carried out, so I don't know what the waitstaff is like, but the front of house staff are great and make yummy suggestions. -

I have eaten-in once, dozens of carryouts. Everyone is always friendly, it's always clean, they always get the orders right, and the food is delicious. Basic order is the crushed lentil soup and a falafel-hommous-tabbouli sandwich. Sometimes the fattoush feta salad, sometimes a fruit smoothie. Sit-down dinner was the Shrimp Ghallaba, excellent. And open 7 days until 10pm.
