Best restaurant in the world adjacent to the DMV. Not your typical review, but hey, strip malls in flux will create such strange bedfellows. When I first moved to Boulder this was a happening mall: a great book store, a grocery store and this cool Chinese place. The book and grocery stores have gone, but Cheers remains.

Cheers is not a place I get too very often due to my location on the other side of the city, but whenever I'm in the neighborhood I swing by Cheers for some tea and the sweet and sour chicken.
