Absolutely worth what appears to be typical Spring Lake prices. spacious rooms, very helpful staff, private jacuzzi, and your own deck for inviting friends who you just met at the beach.
The only reason for not receiving 5 stars: you need a car. It's walkable to the beach, but it's a pretty long (although beautiful) walk along this lake filled with ducks. Which is fun, but not after a long day or partying. Granted, the cops there are great as long as you stay under 25, but some people would rather not risk is.
Not to mention that parking on the weekends in Belmar or Spring Lake is worse than in LA.
