I don't know what Alexander L. was talking about but I think he got the wrong branch here. This former Washington Mutual, now Chase Bank, is in Tustin and in a nice neighborhood.
Anyway, I loved the service I got from this branch today! I was coming in to ask for coin wrappers and Brandon was nice enough to not only get me the wrappers but also offered to help me roll my coins! Granted, it wasn't much work because I had presorted them already in plastic bags but I thoroughly appreciated the gesture!
Very friendly service and one of the few times I'm glad to be banking here. -

Chase Bank does not care about you in as a customer. Oh sure, they love you as you deposit your money and get that .02 cents a month for having a savings account, but god forbid you become a victim of fraud, they could care less about you. I had someone steal my checkbook and begin writing checks and forging my signature. I called chase and reported this asap. Closed my account, filed a police report, I put a freeze on the credit bureaus, all the crap that is a giant pain in the ass when someone steals
our identity.
I called chase and explained what happened and I was able to review the check to see that I didn't know the business(upon further review, the business does not exist) and not only was it not my signature, but they spelled both of my names incorrectly.
600 bucks is a large chunk of change, so I was understandably upset. A week later, I received a letter saying it was my fault, i was negligent so they will not refund my money.
Last time I checked, it was my tax money that was used for bailout funds. If I knew what other actions I could take, I would.
Way to stay classy Chase Bank - I am canceling both accounts on payday. -

Ran out of checks. Went to chase to grab a few temporary checks. Found out they are now charging $2.00 for each temporary check. What's next Chase!!!!

Review from Anita L.
Needed to open a new bank account. The lady told us to put our name on the list and sit down to wait for the next available agent. She informed us that there were 3 people ahead of us. OK, we did just that and sat down. As soon as my butt hit the sofa, this guy came up to us and said he could help us out.
The whole transaction took less than 10 mins. I couldn't believe the efficiency of Martin, our associate. In fact, Washington Mutual is the only bank I've dealt with in the past 8 years which has given me more than good customer service. That says a lot considering the crappola service I usually find at Wells Fargo -- which, in my opinion, is the worst bank ever. They even charge you for paying bills on line. What bank does that these days???
Washington Mutual is THE bank of choice!! Thanks Martin for doing everything so quickly. -

This branch is really in the middle of the sour side of Santa Ana. There is a 99 cent store, and a bunch of random shops around. This is like a beacon of normalcy in the community that is clearly hard hit by the economy.
Also the workers there were extremely competent. They didn't make my trip over there any more difficult than it had to be. They knew as much about my banking needs as I did but they got it done really fast.
Well done to this branch and I hope it continues to serve the community of Santa Ana well. -

I have always received great service at this Chase location. The employees always say "Hi" and usually ask me how I am doing. Even if they are doing this as part of ther job, it's still nice to have someone speak to you. Chase Bank does it right.

I had the pleasure of working at this location, and I miss my branch a lot! Call me biased, but I love WaMu and what it stands for, despite its eventual downfall from grace, but the staff here is wonderful! I felt so loved and cared for here, and of course, there were the memorable and delightful customers, and some that were not...but overall, I think we provided pretty decent service whenever possible, because customer satisfaction was very high on our list of things to do. =)
