Chando's Tacos

LOVE THE FOOD!! I'm a HUGE Mexican foodie and this place always has great food. The asada tacos are my favorite and I've tried nearly all of them so definitely recommend these over the other options. I tried three of their tamales and I would suggest having the rajas con queso and the pork tamales but the chicken one was good as well.

Also the portions and the prices are reasonable so definitely check it out and they have some daily specials.

Asada Tacos: 11/10
Rajas con queso: 10/10
Pork tamales: 10/10
Chicken Tamales: 8/10

The service was great but the location is not the greatest. The dining option is an outdoor space that is covered and it's not in a great part of town. I'd suggest eating in your car or taking it to go.

Tacos and got all jalapeño and a few onions and a few green peppers and two mushrooms slices heavy on the jalapeños which I said I didn't want spicy, you ladies purposely put
Jalapeños in my four taco's
So is a vegetarian problem or the color of my skin problem my money is green and I work hard for it too

Overrated.

No parking, the tables were dirty and the service was mediocre.

Al pastor quesadilla: 2/5, what you'd expect at a Taco Bell. The meat was extremely dry and the tortilla was really small.

We asked for sauce and they said it cost extra, which is fine but we couldn't pay for it since they didn't accept less than $5 on credit card. They should have asked when we ordered.

My favorite location is the little hut near the Harley Davidson shop.
They have the best burritos!!

I saw this place on a youtube video that it is a "must see". The lady who works there seems less then thrilled to work here. No bathroom or place to sit. They did have a little overhang to stand under when it was raining.
We got the birria tacos, not good, needs flavoring. We also got chicken tacos which were kind of dry. The asada one was tasty though! Wish we got only asada.

I love their adobada tacos, so flavorful and just over all yummy!!! The guacamole is good too! I can't wait to go back. I had only tried the location on Power Inn and I'm glad that this location is just as good.

Updating this review. I still have a love/hate relationship with this Chando's locations but it's leaning more towards love at the moment.

Phone number didn't work for some reason, so I moseyed over to place my order at the window. The cashier was helpful and the food came out quick.

Got four tacos this time and they were all delicious (two birria, one asada, one Ensenada). I really like the Ensenada fish taco, it's my go to and it never disappoints.

Food- mediocre, tasteless & the cheese that they put on my burrito taste like cheese sauce out the can . Not to mention they go my order my wrong. And when asked what comes on the burrito they stated no rice !!! I was surprised. Nonetheless, I also got to some lengua and pastor ,tacos the lady gives you a good amount of meat but it's no use if the meat is no good and flavorless. The drinks were pre-made and pre packages. We didn't get napkins with our order and no salsa. Just an overall bad experience . Customer service sucks. They have an open seating area in the back which is nice but no sink , and empty hand sanitizer dispenser that is useless !
Will not visit again.

Best bean & cheese burrito I've had in California! Not the best part of town, but definitely worth the trip! Fast and friendly service, as well.
