My bf and I ventured to Lake Champlain in the middle of August and settled on this place as where we would stay. We were really glad that we made that decision.
The owners of this place are really nice, very helpful and, as we arrived literally minutes before a huge rain storm even tried to help us put up our tent.
The campgrounds themselves are on the grounds of what used to be an orchard and the campground is also right on Lake Champlain, which made for some really beautiful walks. The campground is one of those campgrounds that people bring their RVs and park them at for the entire summer, but we never felt like we were surrounded by tons of people.
We'll definitely be going back there next summer.
