The best summer spot in Tahoe. I can't wait till this spot opens up again this summer and we get to see the best Tahoe bartender, Scout.
The details, this bar is in a house boat on the docks. Lined with windows you can look out at the lake all around you or sit outside on the dock, in your bikini, sippin' a cocktail. -

I would come here every chance I get because the food is damn good and the views are spectacular. Get here around sunset and sit outside. If you have a boat and there is dick space, its a great way to breakup a day on the Lake. As for accidents on the pier, that has nothing to do with this restaurant or it's operation, food or service. That could happen at any pier on any body of water. I'm going to go back as soon as I get the chance! Get the burgers, its the best value on the menu!

Boat in, float out. This place has magical powers. You may come sober, but you'll be leaving less than sober. Their signature Chambers Punch more than does the trick. The menu is simple, but the food they put out is far better than most bar cuisine, especially for the location. Go and have a good time. Can get crazy packed on weekend afternoons. Awesome views and good laid back atmosphere. Definitely a no frills kind of bar.

We were out on the Lake in my BF's boat this weekend and were looking for a pier with a restaurant to tie up at. Using the trusty Yelp I located this place. There was no prob finding a spot on the pier. Everyone's looking at us as we pull in, I guess those engines make quite a racket, when they're off its so quiet! First thing I do is go to the Ladies room, I hate that head thing on the boat. The hostess is quick to seat us. It's a great view of the lake from here. This place is best during great weather, I might pass if it was snowing. We ordered pretty standard food, burgers and fries, and a couple of beers. The food came quickly and was really tasty. What makes this a 5 star is the fact that they have the pier option if you arrive by boat. No traffic and parking hassles.

Super chill place to come hang out near the water while drinking a beer. It's also a great pace to watch the sunset. There is a little beach, mostly rocks, but it's still a great place to bring kids. Dogs aren't allowed, but what's new. There is a small parking lot and it's usually easy to find a spot. Location is about 9 miles from Tahoe city. Definitely worth checking out!

Great place to hang and drink with unbeatable views. Can be crowded, and boat spots fill up so might have to anchor, but they will come and get you!

Pulled up here on the boat with my buddies on a Sunday afternoon.
The place was rockin' and we enjoyed a few Chambers punches.
All in all, a great place to relax. -

So who would have thought a long pier with a bar inside of a shack on the end of the pier that only hold 20 or so people would sound fun?
Everyone who is from NorCal thinks this sounds fun, it's not just fun its insane. Chambers provides you with a different typed of party experience especially on the 4th of July, their biggest weekend.
The first thing they have going for them is the view. This pier holds well over a thousand people and goes right out into the water. It has 4 docks where if you have a boat you can dock right at the bar.
The best thing Chambers has is the life changing and sober state changing drink. The Chambers Punch. Now to the naked eye this may just seem like your standard over priced blended drink. To those I challenge you to have a few and let me know how your day ends up. These things are awesome and on the 4th they can't make them fast enough.
If you are heading here on the 4th and it's your first time make sure you get there early, before 1 because this place gets so packed the fire marshal threatens to shut it down.
Chambers on the 4th...no question. -

There are actually 2 facilities here. the first is Chambers Landing Restaurant (Bar and Grill) which is what you see on the website:
http://www.tahoesbest....
See Chamber's Landing Restaurant reviews.
The second facility is the little bar at the end of the pier. Small place with a friendly crowd. Perfect for a drink before or after dinner, or just hanging out with the crowd. It's a neat old place with a little history. The bartender (a woman the last two times I was there), was friendly and gave quick service. It's not too touristy. I think that is because Chambers Landing is known more for the Restaurant and weddings, so the tourist customers can be a little more upscale. Thus they may not appreciate the little place at the end of the pier.
Overall it's an interesting mixed crowd since the Grill is a little more upscale and the Bar at the end of the pier is more low-brow. -

The bar is low-key wth a long pier, perfect for watching the sun set. The barkeeps are always friendly. Dock your boat her for happy hour - Chambers punch is yummy. But it's also super-strong, FYI, in case you don't want to fall face-first into your dinner later that evening.
Atfter Labor's Day, the Chambers bar hosts a raucous end-of-the-season party. The bar is usually crowded with locals and homeowners, with nary a tourist in sight.
We like to relax on the beach here - yes, half of it is private, but you have the same view whether you have a Chambers pass or not. And while dogs are not allowed on the beach, it's Tahoe, so folks look the other way if you bring your dog at dusk, when the beach is empty. Our dog loves Chambers beach. Just be sure to be a good dog-owner and pick up anything your dog leaves behind. -

One of the best places to hang out. Come by boat or by land, but make sure you stop here.
Famous not only for the view of the lake, but also for its Chamber's Punch, this bar is located on a pier--making it a great place to hang out on a hot summer day! -

came here for some fourth of july festivities earlier in the day. this place was hoppin!
it kinda reminded me of being in vegas by the pools on a hot day surrounded by gorgeous (and rather intoxicated) people. everyone was having an amazing time and partying it up.
and i must say i found the drink that probably got everyone to their less than sober state--the chambers punch. delicious, strong, blended. all that i want for a crazy hot day on the beach.
next time im in the tahoe area, i'll be back! -

I've never been a fan of Chambers but it's my dad's favorite place in Tahoe. It's nothing fancy and probably the least upscale boat-accessible place on the lake. Lunch is basic BBQ on the grill in the. We're never there past midnight but I hear the bar is a mad house on summer nights. I always wondered where the young folks hang out in Tahoe. Apparently, Chamber Landing.

Best wedding spot EVER! This place was host to my friends' wedding this weekend and I was floored by the beautiful set up, great food and super duper friendly staff. Prime beach front view lends to the overall ambiance and unlike some of its neighbors, this place doesn't rely too heavily on their location. EXCELLENT event, EXCELLENT service.

We have been coming here for the last 2 years under new ownership.
WE LOVE IT. The view is spectacular, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, the Chambers Punches are AMAZING! This place is awesome. We'ill be back! The BEST place to go to in the West Shore. -
Review from Stuart J.
Prime lake front spot for hanging out in the summer and downing some of their original Chamber's punch. Gets crazy busy on holidays but otherwise not too bad. Conveniently located right next to beach (though there are signs saying Private beach so not really sure how accessible it is.)

This place is awesome, definitely something know by Nothern California people and local Tahoe peeps. It is super super crowded on major holidays, but the place is a blast. The bar is literally right on the pier and the view of the lake is quite nice. The rest of the summer not being a holiday weekend it is really chill and great for a chamber punch or two with some buddies and a chat with the bartender.

Hey, does anyone know what's happening with Chambers Landing Restaurant and Bar? Graham's has pulled out of that location...so there must be an ownership change up in the air. This is so sad! I wanted to eventually get married here, so it better get new owners, and up and running.

We have been twice. Once last year and once this year. We will never go back. The drinks are poor and the Manager is very rude. We were there on a Wednesday night with a group of about 7 and were sitting at the outside tables. There were two people in the bar and another group on the beach at a picnic table. The Manager went over to the other group and our group and very rudely told us to not use their garbage cans. I do not know how much money the other group had spent, but up to this point we had spent at least $300 and were not done. Both groups had a pizza box for their kids that were playing on the public beach. The bar and pier did not have "members" spending money. You have "public" customers that are minding their own business and spending money in your establishment, why would you treat them rudely over a pizza box? Go to Wolfdale's for a nice dinner or go to Sunnyside or the Beacon for a cocktail or lunch/dinner. All of these establishments offer excellent service!
